Edible Arrangements — Restaurant in Columbia

I will never order from this location again! I ordered online on 6/15 at 2:30p for a Monday delivery. As a realtor, I often try to send thank you gifts to clients and colleagues.

I ordered the arrangement as a surprise for a lender I work with. Needless to say, I called this Edible Arrangement location on Monday 6/18/2018 morning to make sure that the arrangement will be delivered before close of business. And at first, they told me they could not give me an ETA because the package was out for delivery. After expressing my dis-satisfaction, they told me they would deliver my order within the hour of my phone call. I received the delivery confirmation email, and 10 minutes later I checked with the recipient to see if they liked the thank you arrangement I sent to them. Not only did it appear they delivered the package to the wrong building, they did not even do their due diligence to make sure it was delivered to the correct suite or call the recipient immediately after they dropped it off for quality assurance purposes. After calling and complaining about this and countless back and forth calls to the recipient and Edible Arrangement location. They are sending out a new arrangement to the correct location today. This was supposed to be a surprise/thank you arrangement and they absolutely ruined it. I had so many pleasant experiences in the past with other locations. Great Customer Service! I ordered online and made a mistake on the card, so I called and they fixed it! I also got a phone call stating my order was ready well before my time that I had requested. When I arrived, I got my birthday goodies for my mom in law, but did not think to check it. I did not notice that the small birthday balloon was missing until I got to the birthday party. Sigh. So I called and asked for a refund, Andy said that he would do that, but he also offered me the option for me to come back and get an upgraded balloon bundle for no extra charge for the mess up. I politely declined because I was already at the party and traffic was picking up, so he offered to deliver them to the party free of charge! What outstanding customer service! Stopped in today to pick up early gifts for Valentine's day. Upon entering the store, someone yelled from the back that they would be with me in a minute. After waiting for atleast 10 minutes I peaked my head around the corner and said excuse me, where I was still told just a minute. I waited another 3 or 4 minutes and decided the service wasn't going to get any better at this establishment. On my way to leave, I was finally approached for assistance. By this time, it was too late. I went and purchased my items at another establishment. One that had courteous customer service and waited on me, in a timely fashion.
