Hardee’s — Restaurant in Columbia

Poor Food quality, waiting time with no one else in the store, along with the rude employees is not worth the inflated price of food. Not very clean to be a new store. Whom ever owns this store needs to get a handle on things or it's gonna jump up and bite them. I gave one star because it won't let me give zero stars. I live in Columbia and will not return to this store. Last week I got take out my order came to over $30. I got home 20 miles away didn't have half my order. I called back and was told to come in next day for refund. Next day no one remembers telling me I could get a refund. Said I had to take rest of my missing order which I didn't want already had food prepared at home but I took anyway. IDK why I came back today but no other customers in store but me when i placed my order i set at the table and waited and waited and waited. Several ppl came in and left I was still setting there waiting. After 15 minutes I asked abt my order and they asked me what I ordered! Thankfully I had the receipt in my hand, I said give me a refund and after I "made them go out of their way" to give me my money back the way they acted I walked out and I will...

3:00 p.m. in the afternoon I roll through and get a taco and a Coke The worst experience of my entire life I turned around I walked in don't the little guy to counter I wanted to refund because of a bad taco getting back to Taco then he argued with me telling me that it had a bite taken out of it so it was considered to have eaten and he wouldn't refund it wouldn't remake it or make it right so in this instance they're only choice I have is to go home and do a chargeback and I recommend that this be something that everybody keeps in mind for the simple fact you shouldn't have to waste your time to go back to a drive-thru to give them the opportunity to make it right there should be no issue but that's what happens when you go into a poorly...

Food is tasty as always. The drink was a bit watered down when I got it, though. The prices have gone up over the last few weeks and it's understandable. Friendly staff each time I have been there. I was charged for an order during a big storm a few weeks ago, twenty something dollars. They said the card machine was down and they tried different machines, so we had to go somewhere else to eat. Once I got the charge a short while later, I called and told them what happened and they took down my info, but the manager never called me back.

Very few issues with this location and the food is always good, no matter what time...
