Stopped in for a late night dinner and was not happy with the service received. Firstly coming in, one worker looked at me & immediately said “Are you here for a pickup order?”, right as I walked in, almost like they wanted to SHOO customers away in a sense, since they were about to close. MIND YOU, I definitely came in at a reasonable time, at least 40-45 minutes before closing. I informed the Gentleman of what sandwich I wanted, and they went onto slicing. The gentleman on the slicer moved over the bread quickly, (& later, I realized why) to the topping station. I’m always clear & concise about my JM order—MW, light juice, add pickle. Simple right? I had to repeat that 3 times to the gentleman, he put an exorbitant amount of oil on the sandwich, and excessive oregano. Almost forgot the Bacon on the sandwich. Lastly, as they’re placing the lid on the sandwich, I can tell that it is Wheat bread—as I used to work for JM when I was younger. I questioned why was Wheat bread used on my sandwich when I indicated, that I wanted White bread? He gave me a blank stare….lol. They had white bread available!! They just clearly didn’t want to slice a whole loaf because they had already packed it up for the next day. I didn’t even feel like going through the process of having them remake the sandwich, because it’s not that serious, but still, just give me what I ask for. To make matters worst, I literally am staring right at the cooled down white bread on the bread racks.
Look, this is not me trying to call for anyone to lose their jobs, or get free food. However, jersey mikes is NOT cheap, and you should get what you pay for. As someone that’s worked alongside many franchise owners within the company, even personally working alongside Mr. Cancro, I definitely think he’d be disappointed with the condition of the store’s appearance & service,(dirty lettuce, sauce all over food bins, crumbs scattered everywhere) considering this company is his Legacy. Definitely hope that the Franchisee & General Manager will consider having some training conducted for the evening Crew Members, because it’s definitely needed. Not quite sure if I’ll be back to...
Read moreI’ve always enjoyed Jersey Mike’s lunch with my husband but today was not relaxing or enjoyable at all. It was 1230 and the store wasn’t busy, which was shocking. As we walked in we were greeted and asked if we had a to go order. We didn’t and proceeded to the slicer to give our order. It was extremely hard to hear the employees asking what we would like and we even had to raise my voice for them to hear me over the music. The employees didn’t mind singing and dancing while preparing our order. We both got #8. Each time the bacon was forgotten, even after we repeated our order 3 times. I felt like saying maybe turn the music down so you can function better. On the second sandwich and reminding of bacon again. The preparer had the nerve to tell us to calm down/ chill. . That didn’t go well. There was a few words exchanged and then all of a sudden the preparer said that they were just joking. We stopped. We got our food and sat down. Literally, at the table we had to speak louder than a normal voice. We noticed that an employee was walking around with headphones on. Maybe management If that was the case, he needs to take them off so he can hear how loud the store music is being played. Some music was not appropriate for parents coming in with younger children There is plenty of music available now so that all ages can enjoy and not have to worry about the lyrics for children to here. In looking at the reviews, I have seen some of the same complaints. It makes us feel that maybe there is new management or owner and they don’t care . I don’t think I will continue to patronize there. I’ll wait and watch the reviews to see if gets better. So...
Read moreIf ai could give 0 stars I would. This store is beyond UNPROFESSIONAL. I placed an order for delivery through the Jersey Mike's app on February 19th. My order was never delivered. When contacting the store an hour past the expected delivery time the rep stated he was looking at my order on the shelf. I asked if I placed my order through the Jersey Mike's app and was allowed to use shore points, the store had access to my information, so why not contact me and ask me if I wanted to pick up the order instead? Since that was too much like right and my tuna sandwiches were left to get soggy I asked to speak with the manager, who provided absolutely no help. During that conversation with the manager, I asked to cancel my order and refund the money spent on an order I never received. As she said she would, I am sitting here on March 1st still trying to get my money back. I have called the store directly, (selecting option 7 to speak with a team member), on several occasions and no one picks up the phone. I have allowed it to ring until the long busy signal comes on. I have also called and selected option 3 to place an order. That is completely useless since the rep will only cold transfer you to option 7 and you guessed it NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. In looking up the corporate website there isn't a number for Customer Service, what a shocker. So essentially I have been ripped off by Jersey Mike's and as a loyal customer for years and in various states, I will NEVER patronize any of the franchises moving forward because if this is the level of service your organization is committed to I will take my money and...
