Not that I frequent places like Buffalo Wild Wings, but when you go OUT and spend your hard earned money, you do expect a little something for it. Like: Good service, the service was not exceptional or good, it was just ok. Slow when the place wasn't busy; was told to "hold on" or "give me a couple of minutes" several times. Was charged for product we didn't order and then told it would be 10 or 15 minutes before it could be taken off the check, the server knew we were in a hurry to leave. I wonder how many other customers went through this. If they do it to 1, they do it to others...that is a lot of money coming in for no product going out. We received a $5.00 voucher for our "troubles" but with no guarantee that it would be honored elsewhere (we are from out of town) Honesty. This place proved they didn't have it.(see above) Good Food. Again, another strike out. It took 35 minutes to get our food (again, the place nor the server were NOT busy). Food came out luke warm and hard from sitting on the expo line under a lamp...YUCK! So so so disappointing. And we didn't get our food until I had to ask the server (who was hardly around to be found) to go check on our food. The sauce on my wings...way too salty, I regret ordering Parmesan Garlic and my other wings were hard as hocky pucks.....cooked TOO LONG. Needless to say, my food went unfinished and I ended up with a stomach ache. Consideration. The manager could have cared less. His answer was a $5.00 voucher, because it was obviously too much for him to fix it at the register. And an apology for their mistake and causing us inconvenience NEVER CAME! Cleanliness. Again...another huge Strike! Tables that had long been vacated by other diners....full of dirty containers, cups, silverware! YUCK! Who wants to look at that when they are trying to eat. A bathroom that wouldn't lock (no out of order sign).
I have been to other BBWs, and they weren't bad at all. This one was a huge failure and I wouldn't return if they...
Read moreTonight me and two of my friends visited the BWW on Devine. I was never greated at the door. I had to figure out on my own the bar was open seating. Finally we sat at a handicap table in the bar because one of us was on crutches. The floor through out the whole restaurant was so slick he couldn’t even use his crutches. No one greated us at the table. Someone took an old 22oz mug off the table and said nothing to us. The manager passed by four times without speaking to us let alone looking at us but he noticed the fork on the floor and the lid to the ice ben was open. Unfortunately he didn’t see the three paying customers with no menus, drinks, or anything on the table. Our poor server was in the bar alone AND taking car of bar guest out on the patio. When she finally got around to us it took forever for our beers and mix drinks to come to the table. When our food came out you could tell it had been sitting in the window. The servers that passed by our table continued to move the chair out of the way my friend had his injured knee resting on. Finally at the end of our mean I asked to speak the the manager who I knew from being a Bartender at the Lexington location. I told JP of my complaints and how Two of is at the table where former employees of the Harbison location. And how we had both been/witnessed former managers cuss us out for the same things I complained out. The only thing he has to say was “I’m sorry what can I do? What do you want?” It’s literally you’re job to know. It’s your job to make me (the customer) happy and have a pleasant experience. Not for me to tell you what to do. It was bad enough being employed by Buffalo Wild Wings. But it may be even worse to be a customer. I applaud my server for giving me her best effort without her manager or fellow...
Read morePoor service, will never come back. Unlimited wing deal was a waste of money.
I never write reviews for restaurants. However, my most recent experience warranted it. Me and my girlfriend went here because I wanted to try the unlimited wings and fries offer on a Thursday. We showed up at around 5:45pm, we sat down, we ordered, completely fine.
Our waitress never checked in with us and we waited essentially 45 mins for 10 wings and a burger and at this time the restaurant was not completely full. I typically would not even mind this, but we also never got eating utensils or napkins, and another staff member dropped off the food and left.
After we finished eating (30 mins) our waitress came by and asked for my next order, and then we never saw her again for another 45 mins in which she finally dropped by and asked if we wanted more water since both our glasses were empty and that the wing order should be out soon. And asked if I wanted another order of wings, I ordered another set. By this time the restaurant was getting busy, which I understand. But another 45 mins go by we never got more water or food and our waitress continued to stay in the back of house, we never got a chance to remind her at all. Frankly no staff were around, several other customers complained as well.
I had to ask another staff member to go get our waitress so we could get the check to leave. Our waitress never apologized for anything or frankly said anything to us after dropping off the check, and we never were angry with her at any point.
We were there from 5:45-8:30 I only got 1 order of food so then my bill was overpriced. If the kitchen is busy I wouldn’t blame the waitress but she also never checked in with us, ever. We won’t ever come back here...
