Kay's Cafe — Restaurant in Columbia

Don't waste your money on fake fast food.

Go to Kay's for a REAL meal for the same price. The staff are friendly and the food is just like mom use to make. For breakfast and lunch, this is the place to go in Columbia. They also do cakes and have bakery item for sale (Their brownies are amazing).

Breakfast is served to order and burgers and sandwiches are available for lunch. The sides are typically the rotating fair, including red beans and rice, pasta salad and coleslaw. It all depends on the day of the week and the "Special". Fries and tots seem to always be available. Fridays- they have Fried catfish and on some days even offer fish tacos.

The atmosphere is very hometown. Lots of local art and knick knacks. Like I said, Kay's is also a bakery and bake cakes and pies for other local restaurants on premises, so half of the establishment is dedicated to the bakery side.

It's located not to far from the square, so it's easy to find. Located centrally in Columbia, KY.
