My son really enjoys the Whopper meals here and so that's what I come for. I used to work here a few years back and I worked there for roughly 4 or 5 years so I don't choose to eat Burger King as I ate so much of it in the years that I worked there but my son's still enjoys it so I still come specifically for him. I must say out of all the fast food burgers that are available I do think that Burger Kings are quite tasty due to the fact that they are flame broiled and that makes a big difference in the flavor. I'm a little bit biased though because I am NEVER going to eat the Burger King food again just simply because of the amount of time that I worked there. It isn't a bad place though, they're fast, they usually get your order right and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a pretty tasty burger. Edit 1/9/24: So I sucked it up and bought some food from here tonight because it's literally the only place open after 3am and everything I got was made correctly and fresh... Except for one thing. I ordered a cheeseburger, no problem, tasted great. I got a large onion rings and zesty sauce and wow I forgot how much I like their onion rings with the zesty sauce, mmmmm yummy! 🤤 Then I got the cheesy tots and those were also delicious and fresh! Then I ordered a chicken jr sandwich with no mayo add tomato and mustard. 😖😳 This chicken patty was literally the hardest thing I've ever bitten into that wasn't an actual rock. It had to have been cooked a solid 4 or 5 hours before I got to it. It had been baking in their phu so long that it lost all it's moisture and was a genuine hockey puck. My dog even had trouble eating it and that's really saying something because my dog will eat literally anything that even semi resembles a food item. Jeeeez... It was the worst thing I've ever gotten from a restaurant. EVER. To their credit, upon calling in to let them know that they should throw out any remaining chicken patties because of the horrendous condition of the one I was sold they did offer to replace it. I didn't take them up on this because I really didn't want to get back out again because I was home after working for several hours doing door dash. But I did complain about it in the app and got a $3 coupon for my next visit. Im not even really mad about it, I used to work the late shift at BK back in 2018 and I'm well aware of the fact that any food that isn't sold usually sits there until they run out, due to trying to keep food waste low. Read more**I give this rating as a way to hopefully get BURGER KING CORPORATE OFFICE'S ATTENTION!!!! please update and correct your website in reference to proper menu display at the proper times! Here in Columbia Tennessee, the Burger King located on Trotwood Avenue is a 24-hour establishment, which is great and much appreciated, and we love the local staff and all the hard work that they do! With that being said, its truly frustrating to your customers as well as food pick up/delivery services, that when any online orders are placed between the hours of 3am to 6am (website displays only lunch/dinner items/options in said time frame), upon arrival to pick up these items, we are informed that we cannot have the items because BK ONLY SERVES BREAKFAST BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 3AM TO 10:30AM.... as a delivery driver this is very frustrating for me as well as my customers who have been patiently waiting on their food already while I've made my way to the Burger King waited in the line only to be told that I cannot have the food at which point I must turn around contact the customer tell them to contact the Food Service Company for a refund and they will have to begin a new order thus having to start over the whole waiting process to eat. This is causing you to lose business as well. So please, Burger King, update your website to reflect the proper food options at the proper times so that all of the above mentioned can truly "have it our way." Read moreI went thru drive thru, ordered about $15 worth of food. Got to the first drive thru window and their "system went down"... after they swiped my card 3 times. I didn't have cash so I left and went somewhere else. When I got home, 30 minutes away, I saw that I had indeed been charged. I called after the pending charge went thru. Whoever answered the phone just said "I don't know what happened I wasn't here. Refunds can take awhile to go thru but I don't know because I wasn't here." The manager refused to take the call and the guy on the phone told me to call back after 3pm. So I did, 3 times, and got no answer. I contacted corporate, they said they sent the message to the store to see what happened. It's been over a month and I have not heard anything. I've never had this happen before and I'm the type of person that if the server brings me the wrong food, I will eat the wrong food and not say anything.
