My mother ordered around 6pm today. I was on the phone with her at the time to make sure she didn't forget anything when she ordered my fish dinner and her chef salad. When she was handed the food, she had to ask again for her tea, which by the way didn't have the lemon she asked for in it, because the window person thought the order was done. Then I asked her to check the bag for the tartar sauce and lemons I requested for my fish, and she realized that the lemons were missing from that too. After that she came home, and I checked over my food to make sure nothing was actually missing off our plates (nothing was so good job on that point). However, almost 3 hours later (when the store is about to close so there's no way for me to make it back there in time to address the issues) when we were ready to finally eat our dinners, we realized that both my corn muffins and her captains wafers were also missing. It's super disappointing when you have your mind set on a meal but then you are left wanting. We've had similar issues with this location before, and while the problem was usually fixed relatively quickly (we just had to drive back there to get out missing items), it's upsetting that it keeps happening, especially when both the worker who took my mom's order and the one who handed her the incomplete order both seemed bothered to be working. It's negligence that could've been...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI canāt give any stars for the food as my daughter and I didnāt get a chance to order anything but drinks.
Iām a Niqabi(face-covered) muslim woman. After sitting for about ten minutes, I noticed the waitresses checked in with all the tables surrounding us. Both waitresses stopped before they reached our table. Thatās when I decided to speak with management. He was very apologetic and sent someone to serve us immediately. I appreciate his efforts.
Valerie approached the table with a wet clothe and begin to wipe it with even looking at us. She never spoke and didnāt bother to greet us before asking what we wanted to drink. When she returned with the drinks, she asked if we were ready to order. I was ready to order but since she never provided a menu, my daughter had no idea what they served as she hadnāt been in years.
We received the menus and waited a while as she walked the floor smiling and checking in with other customers.
We finally just left.
Went to Chic Fil A to dine in for breakfast. Our orders were promptly taken and we took a seat. Moments later, one of the cashiers walked out and placed our tray on the table with the best smile š asking if we needed any condiments.
Hopefully the manager will have that talk with her like he said he would. She missed out on the $20 tip I had tucked away...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would like to say I have been going to this location since I have been a freshman in college. The quality of my food has always been up to par. Unfortunately I am unable to say that today. My coworkers and I have ordered the meatloaf for lunch. When we made it back to the office, we noticed that a section of my meat loaf was pink. I was a little irritated because I had to spend my lunch break going back to the restaurant. When I arrived, the cashier Angie had waited on me. I explained and showed her my meatloaf was pink. She said to me in a joking, but disrespectful tone, " Honey, that's just the sauce." I got annoyed and I told her again that the meat is raw. She then took my plate from the counter and went to her co-workers explaining to them about the meatloaf. They were all laughing about it. A Caucasian man, I'm assuming was the manager, came to me and said that the meatloaf is coming from the same batch. I told him that Angie never asked me would I like something else in place of the meatloaf. So long story short, I chose another meat and didn't receive an apology from anyone that waited on me. Telling the customer that they are wrong and talking about them to your co-worker is unprofessional and poor customer service. I love Lizard's Thicket, but I will not go to this...
