Fantastic food! The quality of food is far superior to Mimi's. Fantastic chicken, chickpeas, lentils, eggplant. I think the cardamom spiced rice is a bit too much for me but it to be the style and less the execution, So I go with the white rice which is awesome as well. As good as the food is, this location has something special in Omar. Since the first time I went there shortly after opening, Omar has gone out of his way to make sure I that I know the menu, is always able to make a suggestion, or is simply offering me some ice water while I wait. I sometimes leave my office without ordering just to get out and order carry out simply to have a few minutes to breath and wait there. Definitely prefer Maiwan over Mimi’s. I’ve been going to the Harper Farm location for many years and thrilled to have them in Clarksville now! Service was spot on. Super polite and friendly. Refreshing to see the young man working front of house take pride and care when greeting each customer who walked in. The food is always good. My only ask is to add a little more meat for the wraps. And if you like your meat medium rare make sure you ask for it that way, I forgot this time- my own fault. Will have to go back soon and remember next time! They gave us a free rice pudding to say thank you for being a loyal customer. I don’t typically like that type of dessert, but it was soo good.
