I work at a business near by. We order food weekly. Today I ordered the Italian salad and ask if I could substitute the provolone cheese for feta. The girl asked someone else and then said yes we can do. I then said I wanted to add chicken. She gave me my total. $10 and some change. When I went to pick it up, I noticed there wasn't any chicken. The girl apologized and said I'm sorry I did hear you order that. She did say, we did put the feta on and took out the provolone. Apparently salad meats and cheeses are prepackaged. The new manager with 13 years of experience (as she herself explained to me) walked up and took over. She explained how feta is a pizza topping (so is the pepperoni that comes in this salad) she argued with me even after the girl who took my order told her that we come in all the time and she was the 1 who said provalone could be substituted with feta. The manager is rude. If you don't allow cheese substitutions, make sure the staff knows that when taking an order. I would have just order a Greek salad without onions and added the chicken to that. I wasted my lunch break today and myself and the company will not here again. The manager is so ignorant that she lost regular business over their mistake. She even stated that if she added the chicken, I would expect if for free everytime I come in. Really? You're now implying that I'm a dishonest person. Terrible dine in experience on Sunday September 3. My table of 5 was only table for about half the time but by the time we left there were two other tables so restaurant was fairly empty majority of time. Server was fairly nice but had one issue after another. Forgot to bring drinks, took order for table at same time but food was brought out seperately in over a 30 minute window. She brought out a dirty spoon when we asked for spoon and then when asked for a to go box for a leftover pizza brought out box with several grease stains that had no tissue and appeared to have been previously used. She had issues with splitting checks and manager came out to speak to us to clarify how we wanted it split and he looked like a hs teenager dressed in shorts and a tee shirt. He identified himself as manager when we asked. He said server was new. However he was not offering her support. Not sure I would even order carry out here again and restaurant was very cluttered and only mediocre cleanliness. Food was decent but not as hot as...
