Five Guys is definitely an all time favorite spot for me. My lunch was a grilled cheese with 1 patty added, cajun fries, and delicious oreo milkshake. My photo may show different, but the burger was a 10/10. My bun soft grilled to perfection. Employee Yosselyn was so kind she checked to make sure my order was correct and if I needed anything else. This location very nice clean place with fast service. Space to sit both inside and out. I’ll definitely come back to visit. Thank you for great service.

Completely inconsistent. This location used to be awesome, so much that we would drive here even though it's not the closest to our home. Now, it is abysmal… The past four orders we have placed here (by chance, all delivery) all had incorrect or missing food and/or items/ingredients. I’ve attached a picture of my bacon cheeseburger…there’s no bacon. Perhaps there’s a new owner or manager; regardless, something has dramatically changed, and we're not eating here anymore.

Where do I start. The staff today reminded me WHY I stopped doing fast food. Let's forget the flys...kudos to the guy with the fries...but EVERYTHING ELSE WAS AN EPIC FAIL. I cannnnotTTTT believe I spent 20 DOLLARS on the worst intake, the worst service, the worst burger --- not appetizing AT ALL. I would excuse a new person being trained on he job but the person training her forgot to comfort the customer who saw 3 orders behind her go before her. The trainer also abruptly left my order without communicating to the register intake"er" what my order was...then, the trainee laughed throughout messing up 2 orders throwing away incorrect orders and not protecting the food from the fly...and after spending $20 for a BURGER with BURNT BACON, you would think all of this mattered---yet, it did not. EPIC FAILURE ... disappointing. This entire team (minus the gentleman working the fries) should be EXCUSED from this store...

The young man who took my order was very nice and friendly. The place was very clean food was really good. Only one thing I didnt like was a lady went to soda fountain and put her used thermal cup under the nozzle. So her cup touched where the ice and drink came out. Not good her mouth was on her thermal cup. Good way to get sick. Other than that I loved your place. I just wint buy a drink if that happens all the time. Thank you please keep the place clean after its been open for awhile. Just dont let anyone put there thermal cups in machine. Make then...
