I want to preface by saying this is my first ever Review for a place in any industry, however I felt the need to post this here as people tend to only post the negative experiences..

I went to Rick & the crew at Everett Jewelry after being referred by a friend. I had a diamond passed down to me and wanted to get a custom piece put together for an engagement ring. My fiance is an architect (not to brag) so I basically handed them the diamond with little to no idea what I was doing or much sense of direction outside of 'I would like to include some sort of architectural aspect in it' -- whatever that means. Enrique, the custom designer there, blew me away incorporating the passed on diamond, along with a couple others and a nice setting and then brought the architecture in with a flat bottom of the band so that it sat straight up on the finger. A small/unique detail that served a purpose. My fiance and everyone else absolutely loved it. They also stayed within my budget and even saved me a little money at the end. Rick and his crew were completely honest and great to work with the entire time. I've worked for small businesses my whole career and there is something to be said about the service you get with them as well as supporting families/people like this. I just went back and picked up our bands to which hers also matched the original and fit in perfectly.

Excellent from start to finish. The service and advice was great, the design was perfect and the final product was excellent. I recently purchased an engagement ring with my fiance at Everett. I gave them a target budget and a stretch budget. They were very respectful of the target budget without being too hesitant to show us something more in the stretch range if it fit what we were liking. It was a good balance and I never felt like they were pushing the budget in any way I wasn't ok with. We ended up with a custom designed, one-off diamond ring. The setting was more expensive than anywhere else because it was custom, but the end product was not crazy expensive since the diamond prices were similar and the setting is a small part of the cost. The designer was clearly very passionate about his work and took a lot of pride in his designs but not overpowering. My fiance described something that sounded like mad ramblings to me and a day later he had a CAD drawing of exactly what she wanted. No idea how he understood her. They had good design advice on things we were more unsure about and they were straight forward about the diamond ratings and they were the only place that showed us manufactured diamonds. I work in an industry with a lot of custom fabrication and Everett is a great example of why you go custom. We'll be back for wedding bands for sure and I doubt I'll go anywhere else for jewelry...

An excellent establishment to go to for any of your jewelry or fine accessories. I came to Everett Jewelers for an engagement ring for my girlfriend (now fiancée) and could not be happier with the work they did. She’s totally in love with the ring. My girlfriend and I had started the ring shopping process the usual way, looking at rings “on the shelf” at a few places. When I found out that Everett Jewelers does truly custom work, I decided to entertain the concept of a custom ring, which began with productive conversations with the knowledgeable and professional staff here. I quickly started working with one of the jewelers here, going back and forth with ideas for this one of a kind ring, looking at 3D computer renderings of the potential ring. Once we were 100% happy and excited about the ring design, I gave them the green light. Soon after, the magnificent ring (photos included) was ready for pickup. It’s an awesome thing for my fiancée to know that no one else in the world is wearing this same ring. She is obsessed and can’t stop looking at it! Thank you for making this life event so unique for my fiancée and myself. By the way, this design that we chose is relatively simple compared to what they are capable of doing if you looking for a more bold (sophisticated) style. Take a walk through this store and you’ll see what I mean! They can make everyone happy with their custom work....
