The grilled chicken pasta was flavorful and perfectly cooked, with a rich, creamy sauce that paired nicely with the garlic toast. The crab cakes were packed with meat and had great seasoning, and the fries were crisp and hot. We also had the buffalo shrimp bites as a starter—tender, well-sauced, and topped with fresh scallions. And the sangria? Easily one of the highlights—refreshing and not overly sweet, with a good balance of fruit and wine.
The restaurant appeared clean overall, and the bathroom was well-kept. Management was friendly and even came by to check in, which was appreciated.
That said, the experience was brought down by the front-of-house staff. Employees near the entrance were loudly chatting about personal matters, and it carried all the way to where we were seated. It felt unprofessional and disrupted the otherwise nice ambiance. Also, while the tables looked clean, they felt sticky to the touch, which was off-putting. Another note—the background music was almost nonexistent in our area, making the environment feel a bit flat and awkward at times.

Read moreMy 25 year old girlfriend got denied a beverage because her ID “looked weird”. At first they took the ID in the back for 10 minutes eventually gave it back and told us drinks were coming. 5 minutes later a “manager” came out and asked to see it again and then proceeds to send out a teenage girl to deny her. The fact that the manager couldn’t even come out and explain the situation the first time or even the second time is appalling. Clearly she has never been in restaurant business because she handled it so poorly. Later after asking to speak with her she couldn’t even give me an actual reason besides “it looked weird”. Not to mention the manager told us the waitress has recognized us AND served us before. Not sure where the normal manager was but it’s really frustrating after going to this place for so many years. It’s not about the drinks but it’s the fact that it’s embarrassing to me and my girlfriend and the manager handled it poorly.
