Do not take your children here, the workers are racist!!
They allowed a black women to use the bathroom without buying anything, but when i asked right behind her, they told me i had to buy something to use the bathroom, my children needed to use the bathroom, not me, they denied children to use the bathroom, CHILDREN, at MCDONALD'S!! this is supposed to be a child friendly fast food chain.
If you're anything other than black you will not be treated fairly here at this location, its the workers they hire here, not the area, i went to the subway right across the street and the women there let my children use the bathroom without question!!
I only put 1 star because i HAD TO.
I will be contacting corporate as well, im not a karen, but people like that are whats wrong with society, and ill let it be known.
[Edit]
As of aug 23rd, i placed an online order here, went to pick it up and they were missing items, which i had to replace, the lady was rude about that, then had me and my 2 kids pull up, we waited and while waiting my oldest daughter noticed the employees pointing and laughing at us sitting there, so i pulled back around and sat on their timer until they served us like they're supposed to, finally, they came to the window with an attitude, slammed the door open, and gave me my bag, my daughter, through her backseat window, handed the women her burger which was missing cheese, she nicely asked them to put cheese on it since we ordered it that way, and the women snatched it out of my childs hand, slammed the window, and shortly came back and shoved it at her.
I called the police to report the incident since the employee's made us feel unsafe and bullied, and i also told them we weren't going to eat the food since it didn't feel safe to eat, who knows what they could have done to our food, ill also be calling corporate when they open this morning for a refund, and contacting day shift managment, since this...
Read moreThe wait was more than 10 minutes in the Drive-Thru just to order. I was at the speaker where you place your order and I was told to wait a minute and she would be with me right with me. It was over 10 minutes before she got back to me to take my order. When I got to the window to pay there was a sign that said buy 1 egg McMuffin and get something else free I'm not sure what it was and I wasn't given a receipt to see what the promotion actually was. The window said something about completing an online survey and receiving something free. I'm not surewhat you were going to be given because I wasn't given the receipt to participate in the promotion with. I specifically asked for a receipt so that I could go online and do the survey to get the free sandwich or mc muffin or whatever it was but I was told that their printer didn't work so I got no receipt therefore I was unable to go online and complete your survey. Then I get to the window to get my order I asked for some hot mustard and I was informed that y'all did not have any hot mustard.had I known that you didn't have any hot mustard I would not have ordered the chicken McNuggets... I was so disappointed.my experience at the McDonald's on Elmwood was a disaster.I thought I was going to run out of gas while waiting for my order to be given to me this was after I had already waited at least 10 minutes to place the order and I got to the window to collect it it was another 10 minutes before they actually anyone actually even came into the window. This restaurants leadership on the evening shift is very very very poor. I would not recommend to anyone but they go to that McDonald's on the evening shift. They clearly need more training and a new printer. Fast food should be fast. I thought I would run out of gas before I was...
Read moreStopped by here after a ballet in Columbia for a coffee for the drive back home. As I'm a bit of a seasoned McDonald's connoisseur, it's difficult for one of America's most beloved obesity-enabling chains to be so bad or so good that I take the time to leave a review on Google. This one was so bad.
Service: I was greeted at the drive through with ".. (incoherent mumbling) you (incoherent mumbling) breakfast (and maybe something else? She may have just been expectorating)." I kindly retorted, "I'm sorry?" Annoyed, the lady at the window said, "what do you want to eat?"
We entered the drive through at 2201, ordered at 2210, paid at 2214, received our food at 2219. During these eighteen precious minutes of my life I'll never have returned to me, I was asked by the same pan handler not once, not twice, but three different times for money (he used veteran status the first time, diabetes the second time, and I cut him off before his third excuse.) The point of this story is not that a homeless man asked me for money, it is that 1) this McDonald's clearly doesn't care that there is literally a man begging its customers for money that lives in its drive through and 2) this drive through is so slow that this man was able to make THREE rounds with three separate stories in the exact same 10 sq ft radius without realizing he had already hit us up - not once - but twice before.
As far as the food - I had an iced coffee and French Fries. You can't really mess up the French fries - Carlos Mencia clarified that at the turn of the millennium with his "DING! FRIES READY" routine. The coffee, however, was a large cup of milk with splash of coffee. For those of you that don't drink coffee, coffee is not supposed to be a...
