I visit this Mcdonald’s every weekend because it’s about a 4 minute drive from my house. I always get a steak bagel no folded sub round and they always mess my order up to the point where I’ve started checking at the window. They would put no egg at all or no cheese at all and I would never complain but bring it back and run it in to get it made right. no one ever says i’m so sorry or anything just just make it right and hand it to me, I dont know if it’s cause I’m a familiar face or what. But The iced coffee is made different every morning you never know if it’s going to taste like it’s supposed to. And I just go home and add whatever cause most times it taste like it has no flavoring or it’s either too sweet others, but it’s a dollar for now so I just fix it myself. But today I went through the drive through and got a bacon egg and cheese biscuit with round egg no folded and an iced vanilla coffee. When I opened my biscuit there was a long black hair in my biscuit!!!! How gross!!!! I was in the parking lot so I turned right back around and got in the drive through only to get to the window and there was a young girl taking orders she said let me see, ew. Then there was an older lady with all white hair working the window that said pull up baby, and then she said Jewels (was the name it sounded like) there’s a hair in her biscuit. A manager doesn’t even run my remade order back out to me, it’s a teen in a dark blue shirt. She does not apologize she just holds it out far for me to grab and i take it and immediately call the corporate line because that is absolutely ridiculous!!!!!! Like i’m actually so mad right now and it takes a lot to make me mad because i am a very calm and reserved person. I take care of people for a living and I worked at Mcdonald’s a great bit of my younger years so i Know the care and customer service that I am supposed to receive that I never have at this location but I continued going because of the convenience of the location. this was the last straw. I hope this is addressed with the management running that establishment in the morning times because surely i can’t be the only one getting these terrible experiences. photo of the hair included!!! i was in disbelief and it couldn’t be mine, I literally have a buzz cut...
Read moreThis place is the worst, but it's the only place I can go within 30 miles when my kid needs to get out of the house in the winter and play. I mean, aside from that far-right chicken place that isn't open on Sundays...but that's another rant altogether.
Now, I don't traditionally like to leave bad reviews, but I come here enough to confirm that this place is the kind of terrible to warrant it. That said, I don't think they've ever (even once) gotten my order correct.
We always grab a number and head straight to the back. We make it easy and order on the app, so I don't understand how they can get it wrong time after time. Trust you me -- they do. What irks me the most is they never make any excuses, nor do they ever apologize.
All that aside, what put me over the edge tonight was how long I waited (22 minutes) before having to go all the way to the front whilst my 3 year old is up in the jungle gym and won't come down. I collect my (obviously cold by now) mayonnaise-entombed "burgers" from the seemingly brain-dead employee and head back to make sure the kiddo isn't getting bitten by the girl he's playing with.
Please, for the love of all that is holy, get it together over there people. Really, the only redeeming quality about this place is the cleaning woman. She does an amazing job and clearly takes pride in het work. Now that I think of it though, I wonder if she's responsible for cleaning the indoor play equipment? If so, I rescind my previous statement.
But yeah, only go there if you have to. If that changes, I'll let y'all know by updating this here...
