It is interesting how all of the reviews within the last 6 months are similar! The owning partners/GM should be ASAHMED of the staff that they hire at this location! I will be coming in to speak with the highest level of management because the experience that I received today was beyond DISRESPECTFUL! I pulled around to the drive thru speaker and it appeared broken! I didn’t wait much long as I’m thinking of trying to get to the window for my food, since they were 30 minutes away from closing. I had an online order that I had already paid for! I forgot to get the female employee’s name, but she greeted us at the window with a “She told you to wait!” She was referring to another female employee by the name of Hailey who was supposed to be on the mic. She did not say anything within that minute of waiting at the speaker, which is what I tried to tell the female employee who came to the window very rudely. Long story short, I was looking at her after I told her that we’ve already had an online order. She literally replied, “What’s the problem??!!” She then went and got my food as I was shocked that she made the second response! I was staring at her because the rude mannerisms and tone in her voice from the very beginning was uncalled for! She brought our food to the window and right as I was trying to grab for my bag, I asked her what is the name of the store manager. She LITERALLY slammed the bag of food on my car window shield and slammed the window quickly! She said something as she slammed the door, but I did not catch it! I couldn’t believe her attitude! I’ve never had anyone, let alone an employee, do such a thing! I will be back in to speak with upper management. Troy was the “night shift manager” who did nothing to handle the matter. His excuse was that we were low staff, as if that was going to make up for her disrespectful actions! 0 out of 10 stars! I will be contacting corporate! This needs to be addressed ASAP! The female employee needs to be held accountable...
Read moreIt was this day that my faith in humanity vanished. My wife and I went through the DT and ordered two bigger meals. Hers was orange chicken, beef and broccoli, walnut shrimp, and chow Mein…mine was the same but with Beijing Beef instead of shrimp. We also ordered a spring roll and 3 rangoons. The order taker was great! She diligently took our order. And correctly repeated the it. We approached the window to pay and we were informed there would be a wait on a few items. She even gave us a free drink. We were extremely happy to wait because that meant fresh food. As we waited I could slowly feel the pangs and grumpiness making me…hangry. When it was time for us to get our food, I excitingly searched for my rangoons. Because I knew they were going to be amazing. But to my dismay…no Rangoons…or spring rolls…in fact…my order was wrong. Not completely. My Beijing beef was the walnut shrimp…and they gave me rice instead of chow mein. I hangerly looked for the receipt. This was an outrage! How could this be?? They repeated our order!! What in the world! I found the receipt and to my surprise…my dreaded dreaded surprise….the order match the receipt. They spouted off the correct order but rang it up wrong. I got out of the car and flipped it with one fluid motion. Yeah…my wife was still in the car but I don’t care! There was injustice done. All that hanger morphed me into…Crabby Rangoon. The midlands first ever Asian cuisine based super villain. Now I’m out to crush everyone’s crab Rangoons. Was the food hot and delicious? Indeed. But you can’t play with someone’s emotions like this. There was promise of Rangoons….but that was taken away. I’m a shell of a man now. Let Crabby Rangoon’s origin story be an example…and make sure your customer’s orders are correct. I’ll leave a 5 star review to even this out…but…just know…dreams were destroyed today. P.S I tried leaving a 5 star review but it wouldn’t let me. Fix the Rangoon issue…and I’ll...
Read moreI decided to order ahead online because I wanted some of the more popular entree options and figured they would be close to sold out. I placed my order at 3:03pm. No problem. The confirmation email stated my order would be ready at 3:10pm. Perfect, seeing as I had to work at 3:30pm (I don’t work far from this location). I would have had plenty of time to drive to work and eat before starting my shift. I pulled up to the drive through at 3:15pm and stated I had a online order. The young lady at the drive through says they only do online orders inside. Okay, no biggie. So I went inside. 3 employees were huddled at the drive thru talking and stopped/stared at me as I walked in. One of them says “online order?” and pointed to the wall by the register to the order pick up area. I walked over and surprise, there is nothing there. I say “It’s not there” and one person peaked around the corner from the drive thru window to verify, but then did nothing. Another employee came out from the back and didn’t say anything to me, just told the cook to start making super greens because they were out. That’s when I realized…they hadn’t even made my order yet. At this point it’s 3:20pm. I waited a few minutes then said I needed to go and asked if I could have rice instead. They made my order and I left with my food at 3:25pm…15 minutes past when it was supposed to be ready/5 minutes before I had to be at work. I’m now late for work and don’t have time to eat. Cool. I get that it’s a minimum wage food service job and you “don’t want to be there” (as stated multiple times by an employee while I was...
