I went with my wife and daughter. We ate in the dining room. Overall the experience was poor as follows:
The tables in the dining area were dirty.
The order took a long time to be brought out.
My wife's order was wrong but the associate said it was right and made no effort to correct it. She was to have a chili pretzel dog but was given a pretzel dog.
The diet coke was fine but when I went to refill it, the refill was flat. The associate refilled it behind the counter and it was OK again. She acknowledged that the machine in the dining room didn't work right but made no attempt to fix it. I got the distinct impression they've known about it for sometime.
The cheeseburgers were dry and rubbery. I took them back up and suggested they weren't cooked properly. The associate, Bree, took them apart in front of me, held up the beef patties and said they looked fine. After manhandling both burgers she reassembled them and slid them back to me. I'm not sure what she wanted me to do at that point. Eat them after that? She offered no other suggestions. Eventually I asked if I could have 2 new ones and she did say OK. The new one's were quite good and she said she cooked them personally. She was very friendly but her managerial skills were lacking.
The tater tots were undercooked and had a "fishy" odor. I question if they reused oil that fish was cooked in. After the burger issue above I didn't complain again.

Read moreI recently visited the sonic American drive-in, and I regret to say that my experience was far from satisfactory. My order was quite specific: two large cherry limeade slushies with nerds. What I received, however, were cherry limeade sodas with nerds, an unfortunate mix-up that’s far from what I anticipated.
The issues didn’t stop there. The establishment seemed to have a habit of locking the doors before the actual closing time, an inconvenience to anyone hoping to dine in late. Additionally, the drive-through service was inefficient, to say the least. I was asked to pull up and wait for my food, only to find myself waiting for a good 30 minutes while the staff seemed to be playing around in the kitchen.
Such carelessness and lack of attention to detail are concerning, especially when it becomes a repeated pattern. The staff needs to understand the importance of getting orders right and respecting customers’ time. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I find it hard to recommend this location to others until significant improvements are...
Read moreI'm a dasher I wanted to order something to drink and I was told that I couldn't order food or a drink while dashing per management I sure hope they don't make there employees go without food or drink because they are working I don't work for sonic and I'm in my own personal car doing a ride share program I'm not on anyone's clock or payroll so I didn't say much about it cause I understand the drive thu worker was following instructions I just drove to the store next door and brought something to drink and continued on my way but I will not go to this store to order anything personally because I don't think they have the right to refuse to serve me because I'm working with a ride share program that I use my own car and personal time I will refuse any deliveries from this location as much as possible and I hope they don't treat there employees this way everyone deserves...
