My family and I go to this cookout quite often. We usually get the amazing milkshakes, like we did tonight. I ordered two eggnog milkshakes and one chocolate chip mint milkshake. I am pretty sure the total was nine something, but I wouldn't know because the very rude man at the window didn't even OFFER me a receipt. This was after I pulled up to the window and he didn't show any kind of customer skills at all. There was no "hello, how are you doing" or any greeting of any kind. With an attitude he just told me my total and held out his hand for my payment. Then a female, who was working the drive-thru was taking someone's order at the window, and when she was done, she opened the window and asked "Are you waiting on the milkshakes?" Which I replied yes ma'am, and she rolled her eyes so hard I thought they were going to roll out of her head, then proceeded to slam the window on me. Also, getting three milkshakes, usually people should or would ask if you need a drink carrier, such question wasn't asked. She just shoved them out the window at me, after she fumbled around trying to handle all three in her hands at once. I get people have bad days, I am in customer service, so I understand, but these two employees were just rude and unpleasant, and I don't think that they should be dealing with the public if they can't adjust their attitudes. I really think I might take a break from this cookout, just because this was a very unpleasant experience that these two employees have provided me. It is a shame too because this is the closest cookout to me. Please do something about getting better employees who know how to treat customers even if they are having a bad day. If I could give this experience less than one star I...
Read moreHad to make a drive thru order, bc this company still has yet to reopen it's doors since COVID-19. The girl that was taking orders was apparently ringing up customers the way she wanted to. When we got up to the pickup window she handed me the 2 drinks I ordered and they were in large cups not HUGE ones. So I said something to her about it and she said that a large comes with it not a huge 1. I tried to tell her that a hugh sweet tea always comes with the same order that I get every time I eat from 1 of these places! She just closed the window, as if she didn't hear me, I was already upset about other things, so I just let it go. Once she gave me my order, I made sure that she got that right and it was, thankfully! Hamburger patty was way way over cooked! It was so small and hard as a rock! The other 2 items I got were chicken quesadillas. The 1st one was great, but the 2nd was well over cooked! The chicken inside was hard as heck and even some of the cheese on the outside was burnt! Other reason why I said she was doing what she wanted to do is bc, I was thinking I paid too much for my 1 combo and an extra drink. Looked at receipt and saw that she rang up each item individually instead of as a combo as she should have that was another reason why I did not get my...
Read moreCustomer service at this location was extremely disappointing. We arrived before closing time, yet the staff rushed to shut the door as we pulled up. I had to insist they reopen it in order for us to place our order, even though the store was still within operating hours. (After asking what time the inside open, the employee that rushed to close the door yelled 9:00 to try to get us to leave)
Once inside, one of the employees displayed a poor attitude because the manager, Warren, instructed them to allow us in. We were told to collect our food and leave immediately, which made the experience very unwelcoming. Additionally, during the transaction, another employee was on the phone, which came across as unprofessional. The food wasn’t cooked well and it felt like they RUSHED our food to hurry and get us to leave.
The only employee (Zahara) was the only one that had great customer service.
Overall, the service was unacceptable and left me uncomfortable with the idea of purchasing food from this location again. As paying customers, we expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, which was not...
