Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Columbia

I placed a carry out order online this evening for a medium 2 topping pizza. I got a notification at 6:40pm that it was ready. So I arrived at 6:50 and I had to wait cause the same person that came to help me was already having an issue with another person that was waiting. So he finished that then asked my name and I told him so he started to look confused then I said I received a notification saying my pizza was ready. Then he goes on to look around again like the pizza was going to appear somewhere then finally he goes on to say my pizza was sent out with the guy that he just had an issue with but I could go ahead and pay and wait an additional 6 minutes. I said absolutely not I have somewhere to be and I left. I understand there was only two people in there working but if someone else order was messed up why would you give them my pizza with my name on the box instead of fixing that man a fresh pizza the way he wanted it cause it wasn’t even busy in there…. And on top of that I used my papa reward bucks and it was not even returned back to my account. Not to mention I’m glad I chose the cash option cause I didn’t have the extra time to wait around that’s why the order was placed ahead of time so I didn’t have to wait. But hopefully those guys can get...

Rude and disrespectful. little boys. Was ignored for 15 minutes after they decided to return to the inside of store with absolutely no acknowledgment of me standing at the window, pacing back-and-forth, trying to get their attention when they made eye contact with me. All three of them and neither one of them you could come ask if I needed anything. I finally had to call the store to get them to acknowledge that I'd been standing out there when I walked in and mentioned something to them about messing around and dicking around instead of you know, giving me my order that I paid for I got nothing but attitude talking about. It's called, we're closing Didn't look like you're closing to me. Look like y'all were too busy playing around. Well. My food sat there getting called because by the time I got it. It was cold when he shoved it in my face and told me to get out of the store. The worst customer service I have ever encountered in my lifetime, and I have worked in customer service and restaurants for most of my life, that is ridiculous and unacceptable all across the board. I will no longer give any of my money to that store at all. I don't understand how they are still openbeause it's not the first experience i've had...

I ordered a SAUSAGE pizza from Papa John's tonight around 10:50 pm th rough Door Dash with a 2 Liter of Pepsi. Less than 15 minutes later, I received a SUPREME pizza and a 2 Liter. I filed a complaint with Door Dash and received credits to which I re-ordered my pizza a 2d time. At roughly 11:45 pm the dasher had finally arrived to pick up my pizza. At 11:50 pm, my dasher disappeared and Door Dash re-assigned my order to another dasher.

When he arrived, he was informed there was no pizza for me that they had given it to someone and double checked to ensure it was a Sausage Pizza. The dasher put me on the phone with them and at first the manager offered me 3 free pizzas tomorrow if I came in. I told him I wanted to eat tonight to which he said he understood but they were now closed and there was nothing he was willing to do to make things right tonight.

When I became upset and started to cuss he got his feelings hurt and informed me if I cussed he would hang up! Poor Gen X got their feelings hurt because they aren't competent enough to work in a damn pizza place without screwing up orders.

If that is how customers are treated by Papa Johns, I will get...
