Burger Bros — Restaurant in Columbia

When I went there, the employees were friendly enough. They had just opened but all four of the dining room tables were filthy and were not going to be cleaned until I asked the manager about it. They were clearly going to serve people, probably from open to close, with the dining room in this condition until I said something. The chairs also had food on them from the previous day(s) and they weren’t being cleaned while I was there. The manager blamed the dirty tables on turning the chairs upside down on the tables when closing the night before. Even if that was true, the entire table wouldn’t be dirty and their chairs must be very filthy.

The fries were OK but the burger I got was mediocre. I’ve had better from Burger King. A frosty from Wendy’s is better than the milkshake that came with my meal and I paid almost $13 for a single patty combo.

Great service. Delicious and hot food. Cooked to order and was fast! Double cheeseburgers for both of us and we shared the onion rings (beer battered) and Cali Fries.

Don't listen to the negative people! Anyone that complained long lines, went during the first few weeks open, when still working out the kinks - that's their stupidity for not waiting or learning to be patient!

Prices are average, compared to similar as we all know restaurants have to raise prices as the cost of their supplies keep going up.

MANY smaller places charge a fee to use a credit card, because they have to pay a fee! Don't want to pay that fee, PAY WITH CASH and stop complaining!

Burger size was perfect - if you've never been to In/Out, then you don't know who they've modeled their food after. You want a bigger burger - GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to eat!

Man what a shame. I started going here shortly after they opened up and it was phenomenal!! Tasted just like In N Out and was fresh and fast with friendly staff. I was going here 3 - 4 times a week i loved it! The past few times going I ordered the bro fries as always and noticed instead of American cheese on the fries it was Nacho cheese. I asked about this and was told the American cheese on top was no longer offered. Well there goes the fries that were modeled after Animal style fries from In N Out. The staff has gone wayyy downhill so the service along with it as always. This place was my favorite resturant in Columbia by far and now I don't even want to return.
