Pros: Atmosphere is lovely, staff are friendly. Food (when remembered/assembled correctly) is delicious.

Cons: Terrible inconsistent service. I use to come regularly, but this factor really made me take a break. Missing meat in breakfast sandwiches, wrong syrups in coffee, etc. I definitely understand, I've worked in food service too. After a months-long break, my husband and I decided to give them another shot and there were still issues during a rush. Order was not remembered/recorded. Was asked several times by different people and cars are piling up behind us; wait was unnecessarily long.

Staff was kind and friendly throughout, and was received a compensation for our wait, which was greatly appreciated! And When we finally got our food and drink it was delicious!

I want to say a word of thanks to Brad and to let his kindness be known. Going there to buy a bag of coffee for a friend and me being hesitant in my selection, Brad suggested a gift card. When I explained that wouldn't work because my friend lives in Kharkiv, Ukraine, and that I was just getting it as a small gesture of encouragement (Tennesseeans, think being under a tornado warning each day for three years, only the tornado is a Russian missile or drone), Brad looked thoughtful and proceeded to prepare three pounds of coffee, handed them to me, and said it was on the house.
