-1 Star...Poor customer service. Cashier having a hard time focusing on order. The music was too loud along with the chatter amongst employees. I ordered a large original crust with ranch dressing instead of tomato or garlic sauce; thus is what my daughter enjoys. I also ordered a deep dish specialty pizza. What I was presented with was a large cheese deep dish with the ranch I was charged for even thou I purchased a garden salad. When I asked where the rest of my order was I was treated like I was trying to get over on the place. I was chased $19.and change for a large cheese pizza and a garden salad. I should have only paid $16. and c JFK ange for what I received. My husband went back to order what they missed when I went in. And they messed his order up as well. When I got home the manager told me she would credit the order back to my EBT card if I promised to never return. I agreed. To this day after 3 calls to management I have not been credited what they over charged me. The manager did not keep her end...

Ordered my pizza in-store at 4:30. After a 30 minute wait (it was busy), I inquired about my pizza. Turns out they "lost" my order. An employee apologized and said mine would be made immediately. I proceeded to watch at least 10 pizzas made and delivered, and still no pizza for me. I asked another employee to speak with the manager . . . she informed me in a very snippy manner there was no manager on the premises. I explained to her what had happened, and she rudely said "you should have informed us sooner". Then she asked "Did you pay for it?" in an accusing manner. (I was holding the receipt in my hand). Gotta love calling to verify hours as like many other businesses they are on temp hours. Confirmed they close at 7pm and showed up at 6:35pm and get told they stop taking orders at 6:30 and they are closing up… I specifically called because I was running to the grocery up the street to grab a few things and had they mentioned it I could have easily stopped there first. If I was a phone order I’d understand cutting off orders at 6:30 but a walk in? Ridiculous, I walked out and they started turning off all the lights. I’m almost certain they just wanted to close early vs running a business. I really hope the young folks working there learn a bit more about retail and food service.
