Short version: In a last-minute change of plans, I ate a carryout pizza in the restaurant. A manager kicked me out of the restaurant for doing this. I called corporate; they said I could go back and get a free pizza. When I tried to do that, the same manager called me a liar and kicked me out of the restaurant again. Wow. ------ Whole story: I've eaten at this particular Pizza Hut frequently. It's usually a good dining experience. Yesterday I placed a carryout order through the Pizza Hut website. When I arrived at the location to get my pizza, I had to sit and wait exceptionally long for the order to be ready. A family came into the restaurante and placed a dine-in order and recieved their food before the staff even got my pizza out. I decided to eat there in the dining area instead of taking the pizza home because I was hungry.and had been waiting so long. After a minute, a manager came out and asked me to leave because my pizza was carryout and couldn't be eaten in the store. Horrible experience. -- PART TWO I have never had a worse interaction with any employee of any company ever. That is not an exageration. I complained to Pizza Hut corporate about the incident and shortly thereafter I had a voicemail on my phone from the very same manager who had kicked me out of Pizza Hut for eating a Pizza Hut pizza at a Pizza Hut table inside of Pizza Hut. In this message she said that I could come back to that Pizza Hut location for a free pizza, but she did not ever actually apologize for kicking me out of the restaurant the first time. The same manager was on duty when I came back for the free pizza. When she realized who I was, she asked what I told corporate to make her give me a free pizza, and she insisted that I fabricated the situation to get free food. After finally getting the replacement pizza that corporate had promised, this manager told me to leave her restaurant and take my free pizza somewhere else to eat. This was a ridiculously horrible interaction. Management-level employees should be trained to appropriately interact with customers and to handle complaints professionally. This...

Second order was picked up by new door dasher at 9:35 for a 9:56 delivery. I live 2 minutes from the store. Door dasher disappears, I call the store, no answer 5 different times and when you call it goes to a call center who knows where first. 10:05 gets here, no update on my order, delivery time keeps getting pushed back further. Call door dasher, no answer, meanwhile food is in their car getting cold. I go to the store, like where is my food, oh a door dasher grabbed it at 9:35. Im like look, it was chicken wings and pizza, i dont want it cold when it gets there, id like my money back now, no sorry, we cant do refunds. Ok, would like a manager, no manager, heres corporates number, they remake the food again and ill pick it up. 10:35 ish finally get ahold of door dash they call the driver. Door dash informs me they had other pick ups/drop offs to do as well. 1045 door dasher calls me like sorry for the delay they had to remake it. I go no they didnt, i just left the store, then the story changes, oh well it was papa johns and my ratings go down if i dont do the other ones too. Thats no my problem, if i wanted to contract door dash i would do that directly. Bad enough we have to pay delivery charges, overpricing, tax and a door dash tip. My food shows up at 11pm cold, garlic butter wings are all solid butter now and pizza is cold. Door dash blames pizza hut, pizza hut blames door dash. I got new food but ill be fighting for my money back out of principle and hopfully raising enough hell that they hire people to drive for pizza hut and pay them a fair wage that allows them to retain actual employees. I wont be using any of these companies unless that is the only...
Read moreThis post is 4weeks old and no response so i can only assume management and the owner as well as pizzahut corporate is ok with their racist employees. The racism is definitely here at this pizza hut location. Tonight on 3/31/2023 Friday night we decided to order a pizza when we arrived at this location we received several dirty looks from the moment we walked in the door from the employees. Both cashiers was very rude with us even we stayed polite and respectful , I thought maybe that was just their customer service skills but after waiting 15 minutes for our food we noticed that they was not acting the same way towards the other customers so I realized that the only thing that I had done that was different than any of the other customers was I am a white Caucasian male . Needless to say I had 2nd thoughts of the way I was treated but tried to brush it off, I sat down to eat and noticed what appeared to be a glob of spit on the pizza luckily I had not eaten. Needless to say I spent money on two pizzas and breadsticks that I had to throw out . I definitely will be calling corporate tomorrow to share my experience. It is sad that in 2023 people are still racist and it is disappointing that this is what the managers at this location obviously condone. I will pray for the employees at this location In hopes that they realize that we are all brothers and sisters in the eyes of the lord and God does not see color like these...
