I moved to Columbia in January of this year and I absolutely love it. To celebrate my move I wanted to get pizza from a local pizza joint. So I tried to call Red 7 several times to order for pick up. No one ever answered. Over the next couple months I tried calling again, several times. No one ever answered. When the owner was informed about my experiences, his response was, “We’re so busy we can’t answer the phone.” Well I didn’t want to have to order online because I didn’t wanna have to enter my credit card information into yet another app. But they only accept Cash App. So trying to give them another chance, I downloaded Cash App and ordered a pizza for pick up. When I went to pick it up, on a Friday night, there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. The pizza tasted good enough, but the crust was completely soggy. Disappointing. I’ve had a rough couple of weeks, so tonight I thought I’d treat myself to another pizza and give Red 7 one more chance. I ordered online, my payment was excepted and I was informed what time my order would be ready for pick up. I drove straight there, 2 minutes from my house. When I got to the door, there was a sign that said, “we ran out of dough.” With a 😞. And the door was locked. There was a kid sweeping, so I asked him to please open the door. I went to the kid behind the counter and told him my payment had been accepted and asked how have y’all run out of dough before 8 pm on a Saturday night? To which he shrugged his shoulders and replied, “I don’t know. I’ve refunded your payment. If you don’t see it back in your account in 2 or 3 days, let us know.” No apology. No offer of a coupon for a return visit. Unbelievable. So I’m about to walk in and pick up my pizza from Jet’s Pizza, who is always, consistently, good. And always answers the phone. Am doesn’t require me to download an app for which I have zero use except for...

What a disappointment! I love to support local so we decided to give this place a try as oppose to the standard Domino's order. I ordered online - pretty standard. You could choose your crust, sauce, toppings, etc. It said it would be ready 30 minutes after placing the order. I get there exactly 30 minutes later and she looks down at the receipt and was like oh...we forgot to make these. Mistakes happen. Sure. However, no offer for any sort of refund or anything for making us wait an additional 20 minutes while they prepped the two pizzas.

I stood inside for a little bit while one of the employees started on the pizza. On the online ordering, it doesn't say anything about using mozzarella as a base and all other cheeses were essentially additional toppings. One of the pizzas was for someone who doesn't love cheese and mozzarella is normally overbearing. So, she chose parmesan only. While he was making it he looked at me and said no mozzarella? I said no - whatever the order said. Not indicating that the parmesan wouldn't cover the pizza. This specific order was regular crust, parmesan cheese, tomatoes, Canadian bacon, and regular bacon. Y'all...look at this picture. This is what we got! The cheese might has well have been left off entirely, the Canadian bacon was dry as a bone, and they forgot the regular bacon completely. Not sure this could even be called pizza.

The only reason they got two stars as opposed to one is because mine was accurate. Not great - but correct. Will not be...

Ordered a BBQ chicken pizza and asked for extra bacon ... Saw the lady sprinkle what i asume is invisible bacon because I certainly did not see it so when I asked if I could have more bacon that I could see on my pizza I was told I would be charged extra and I said that's fine as long as I can see the bacon on my pizza she went back to the bacon about five times each time and grabbing about 5 or 6 crumbles of bacon and when I said I would like to see the bacon on my pizza is especially if I'm going to be paying extra I was told will that mean is expensive so that's why they are so quote careful unquote with it but if I'm the customer and I'm willing to pay extra to see the bacon on my pizza I should be accommodated but if the meat is so expensive then they should not offer it as an ingredient to put on a pizza that they claim you can have anything on it that you want so over all my experience was okay and I was treated very well except for this incident if I go back I will not be ordering a pizza with bacon on it because I ain't paid almost $3 more to have maybe two teaspoons of...

It’s a beautiful place downtown but the pizza is subpar and the service is so so. Seems as though the 2 young men behind the counter were more interested in their phones than making pizzas or cleaning up. This was our first time visiting and we decided to dine in. When we arrived we was the only customers in the place. We found 1 semi clean table. The rest of the place looked like the floors needed a good sweeping and the tables cleaned. Needless to say we tried to enjoy the pizza even though the servers forgot some of the toppings.

Fantastic dining experience and food for the whole family. The owners have done a spectacular job creating a pleasant atmosphere and hiring a good crew to take care of you. The choices in sauces are more than most pizza places nearby and the size is perfectly portioned. They also have discounts for teachers! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for a locally owned restaurant that doesn't break your wallet. I look forward to try another pizza creation soon.
