Love the service and experience this business offers! My fiancée and I both had coworkers recommend we stop by Tillis to check out their antique jewlery as I'm looking for an Art Deco style engagement ring and having a heck of a time finding something that fits my wishlist. The business owners are so kind and took time to help my wish washy self look at all the ring options. My fiancée and I ultimately left to talk things over because I was conflicted between a engagement ring and band set in which I liked the ring but wasn't 100% on the band, and a different band that I loved, but didn't match any of their rings in my price range. Ultimately we went back and bought the band I loved and the Tillis team took pictures of the band and noted the type of engagement ring I wanted and my price range so they could keep an eye out for something that might match my band. I am so thankful for their exceptional customer service and I love my wedding band. They even took the time to show us custom bands when I mentioned we had thought about a particular mountain range for our bands. Their custom work is beautiful. Just one month earlier I had new tips put on my solitaire at the jewelers I always used. On an outing with my grandson last week the head (the 4 prongs which hold my solitaire) was knocked after it caught on a checkout counter. After securing my grandson in the back seat I noticed my diamond was gone! (This has happened to me almost 30 years earlier after moving to TN.
