In the year since the first experience and review, I ventured back for the food. The food is still really good for the dishes I eat most, which is awesome. Atmosphere is still quite nice and cozy. The biggest change in a year was the service and staff! I was greeted upon entering today, offered the option of the AYCE Bar, checked on during the meal and brought the check when asked. Such a striking difference in experience! So, I've updated the rating from 2 to 4 stars. Atmosphere is nice and decent food. Service was poor at best. Offered a single drink for a dine-in meal. Apparently taking your time to eat is frowned upon as I was not offered a refill to go with the meal. The buffet items were not noticeably labelled so there's no way for me to properly name the food I'm about to describe. It looked like crab rangoon, but rather than having a smooth blend of crab, cream cheese, and spices there was mostly just cream cheese, making it a bit weird and unpleasant.
