Victor's Taco Shop — Restaurant in Columbia

I tried to reach out to Victor’s through their website regarding my most recent experience, but they have failed to contact me after two weeks. I did not want to leave this review without giving them time to respond, but they don’t seem to care.

I purchased two carne asada tacos at this location, and was immediately greeted with rudeness by the employee at the window. They acted like I was a burden for just ordering food. Then, after a considerable wait time (even though I was the only one in line), I got my two tacos and left. When I got home and opened them up I almost laughed. They were pathetic, barely any food in them. Not only that, but what little meat was in these tacos seemed to be leftovers. They were tough and extremely dry.

The kid at the window literally couldn't stand still. He looked and acted like he was on drugs. Coming from someone who knows, he was either on drugs or needs some help. Not saying this out of anger, but out of concern because something isn't right. The location on the other side of town is MUCH different. They offer different options, larger portions, and I gave WAY bigger tips there. Like 100% tips there. The service on Trotwood Avenue is completely different and worth the drive. Go there, don't come to the one here. It's just bad. Food isn't as good either, and they charge for stuff they give for free over on Trotwood. Make the extra drive. It's worth it. I usually frequent here at least 2x a week but I won’t anymore. Long story short…I ordered my food & the transaction went through on my end but a receipt didn’t print on their end so she tried to say that I needed to pay again once I went around to pick up food. I showed her my account & that it went through. She refused to give me my food unless I paid again. She called the manager Cecilia & she said it didn’t go through bc no receipt printed & I needed to pay again. So after arguing for about 10 minutes.
