Arby's — Restaurant in Columbus

Absolutely hands down the worst experience I've ever had at Arby's. The girl working the drive thru didn't have a clue. I'm not sure how she even got ready for work not to mention got there without incident. I sat in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes while the car in front of me waited on his order only to have to wait for her to come back to the window so he could ask for his drink. Then it was my turn. When I questioned the amount she charged me she asked me SEVERAL times "is that what you wanted?". Then she gave me a bag with an order in it....not my order so she asked for it back while she kept asking me the same question. Then the manager came to the window to tell me what I ordered was no longer at the special price. Now wouldn't have been easier for the first girl to tell me that and I would have been satisfied and left. After I wrote a bad review on their website last night, I get a call from a manager at the same store asking me to please call her to discuss what she could do to make it right because she hoped they would not lose me as a customer. Not going to call her back. It was not my goal to get a free meal, but perhaps they need to take a class on how to hire nice, qualified people to work in their store and treat the customer like they are the ones paying their salary.,...because...

I ordered 4 of the triangle desserts and paid for it. Always remember to check your order because I don’t think I’ve ever gotten everything correctly at this location. Get home, about $20 worth of food wasn’t there. Then I open my sandwich. Asked for a cheddar roast beef. Aside from just getting meat and bread and them giving me sauces on the side, I get home and open my sandwich and there was what looked like two chewed up balls of Like I pulled it apart and it was chewed chewed and looked like someone spit it back into the sandwich. Didn’t have any issues with drive through people. No one was rude so this seems like some high school childish crap or maybe a racial thing? I have no idea why someone would do that. Didn’t eat my sandwich as I don’t know what people have considering std or viruses af tree r seeing the chewed meat they thought they hid in the sandwich. So supper annoyed that I wasn’t given all of food products and that someone thought it was funny to chew up and spit food back into my sandwich. I will not be going to this...

I’ve had a reoccurring issue with this place about forgetting sauces, but today took the cake. I just got a meal from there and at the board I asked for Arbys sauce and mayonnaise. The gentleman who took my order clearly heard me and put it on the ticket, then at the window when he handed me my food I even asked, “is there Arbys sauce and mayonnaise in this?” to which he replied “yes”. Not a single sauce in my bag. Now I don’t know about you, but I don’t like when someone’s lies to my face because they don’t want to do their job. I shouldn’t have to sit there and search the bag when Ive asked for something twice, politely. We all know forgetting sauce isn’t really that big a deal, it happens. I know you’re being paid to do a job, one I’ve done before, so I double checked because I know you might forget. But instead of just giving me the sauce I asked for, you lie to my face because you could be bothered to give me proper service. THAT is...
