I would give no stars if I could, I went to the drive thru around 10pm and ordered the Diablo dare meal but switched it from the roast beef to the chicken sandwhich and then added on a separate sandwhich and a side. At the window the cashier Taylor was very loud as the rest of the staff as they were all inside laughing, she didn’t stop laughing to ask what condiments I needed which I thought was unprofessional but I ignored it, after waiting 10ish minutes I got my food but not my milkshake which came free with the dare meal and I said i thought it came with a milkshake and then she said the machine wasn’t working and just stared at me then after the awkwardness asked if she could get me something else (I wouldn’t have ordered the spicy meal if I knew the milkshake machine was down) but I didn’t want a drink I wanted a milkshake but since it was free I just said it was fine and left. When I got home my separate sandwhich was missing and my Diablo dare sandwhich which was the roast beef and not the chicken like I ordered so I didn’t end up eating dinner that night, since it was already late and I picked it up on the opposite side of town. I contacted customer service twice on the website and got no response which it has been weeks now, so I will not be returning, this has been the worst customer service/food error experience I have had at arbys. I’ve also worked in fast food for 5 years so I give everyone the benefit of the doubt because I know mistakes happen but no one has tried to fix it so it’s a...
Read moreFood tasted good ,but service was sub par. Had to go back through the drive thru, because they got my friy order wrong, and the crinkle cut fries were not extra crispy ,as I ordered!! Then after I got home with the food ,2 wagyu burgers were made as deluxe, when I ordered the Bacon ranch burgers ,for which I payed!! So, I had to waste my time and gas to go back again to have my burgers replaced! Had to wait in the drive tru again, behind 6 other customers for them to correct my order, after I called them to give them a heads up! When I finally got to the window, the mgr on duty asked where one of the burgers were ,and explained that my wife already started eating her burger before realizing that it wasn't a Bacon Ranch Wagyu burger! So, I only had my burger to show them the mistake they had made and the mgr at first, was only going to replace one of burger ,until I threatened to contact corporate headquarters if she didn't either replace both burgers or refund the cost of one of the burgers, because I payed extra cash for the Bacon Ranch, not to mention had waste gas and time twice for THEIR mistakes!!! She finally relented, but told her I was still filing a complaint with General manager regarding her conduct on the matter!! I've been a avid customer at this store for quite a few years, and never had poor service like...
Read moreWe come here often, and usually get good service, but the last 2 trips have not been. 4 days ago my husband ordered a half lbs french dip meal, and when we got home, it was a regular. We didn't call to complain, tho, since it was 1 time. But, then today we ordered the same thing, and I got a regular size roast beef with 4 potato cakes. There were 2 hairs in my husband's sandwhich, so we call, and drive all of the way back to get fresh food. When we get back home, my husband got a half lbs regular sandwhich in the bag, and not a french dip half lb, and they only gave me 3 potato cakes. It's frustrating to spend so much in gas, and now they won't answer. It's not like we're even asking for anything free. We actually gave them the food to remake, and my husband said the lady was very short with him, &he didn't want to cause a scene or anything. It's not hard to give good customer service, and if an order is messed up, don't make the customer feel bad for letting you know, and driving all of the way back there. Obviously, no one would waste this much gas for no reason. Also, please double check that you're getting the fixed order correct. Nothing's more frustrating than an incorrect order on a...
