Artisan Pizza Cafe is hands-down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment you walk in, the warm atmosphere and delicious aromas set the tone for something special. Great pizza. Amazing people.

I was driving by and saw the one and only Dave Portnoy shooting a pizza review out front. I immediately parked my car and ran up to him for some photos. I heard he gave the place a high score so I had to try it for myself.

The pizza was great. They used all fresh ingredients, no frozen dough, and you can really tell. The dough, cheese, and sauce were all very flavorful and fresh in taste. The pizza was cooked perfectly, no need for well done! The price was fair for the amount and quality of the pizza.

I was able to talk to the owners while they were making my pizza, and they were so nice and genuine. I can tell they take pride in their craft as they seem to care about their pizza. They really emphasized on having all fresh and no frozen ingredients.

I have no idea how this place is in business. They don’t take online orders, they don’t take phone orders, you have to pay for parking, their hours are different everywhere you look online, they aren’t open (multiple times) during their business hours they have posted on google (which are the more restrictive hours I’m assuming are the correct ones).

This business owner has been given advice on how to improve their business by reputable people (look at one bite reviews) and unfortunately Portnoy’s concerns about their issues as a business were 100% correct.
