I’m definitely not giving a 1 star because of the food. Auntie Anne’s food is delicious 🤤 However, the associate by the name of Krystal is the reason for this 1 star. I ordered from door dash and my order wasn’t filled. I called to Auntie Anne and I was told I just need to call DoorDash to get a refund. I was refused information about upper management, she was extremely rude and hung up on me twice. She stated I was yelling but when I told her she was yelling at me she hung up on me once more. As a paying customer this is totally unacceptable, us consumers is the reason why a business is successful as well as giving people like Krystal employment. I will contact DoorDash for the refund but that doesn’t fix that people who like to use DoorDash for food pick up at this restaurant may only be receiving part of the order due to the associate being busy. Omg!! This was absolutely the most delightful and meaningful meal I’ve had this year! I remember having a pretzel from this place in a local mall several years back and thought I’d give it another go. Boy have I never made a better decision! I decided on getting the pizza nuggets and the cinnamon pretzel! It was so warm and fresh when it came to me! The pizza nuggets were so good and all the salt, triple cheese, and pepperoni made it so bomb! The pretzel is also a must have! It’s so good! i absolutely LOVE the pretzels here and have been going here forever for the signature cinnamon pretzel.
