Safi, states he is the General Manager of this store. The drive through made a mistake on my order this morning. I received some else’s order that had grits with cheese and a sausage biscuit.
I had thrown the order in the garage. I finally found time to get back over to Burger King and explain the situation to, who I thought was a manager. She was handling me the corrected food and then Safi, from a table half way across the room asked where the wrong order was at. I told him I threw it in the trash. He went on implying that I was lying. So offered to repay for my order, then he said just take the order and get out of here. With that attitude I refused to take the order and went back to get the wrong order out of the trash. He didn’t like the fact that I brought the wrong order back and set it on the table where he was sitting. He threw the bag at me and it bounced off me and to the floor.
First and foremost, Don’t imply that I was lying. Second, none of this would have happened if the lady taking care of me was allowed to continue and I would have left with the correct meal.
Third if Safi is a General Manager of that store , he needs to go through training on how to deal with their mistakes.
I will be sending this out to as many people as w can. All the way up the chain in Burger King. Oh, and to threaten to go to my boss is why this will not end in Safi’s favor. Threatening someone just makes it worse after you throw a bag of food...
Read moreThe last two times I placed an order through the drive-through, I didn’t have the patience to wait after 10 minutes of no one moving. This place is either extremely understaffed, or needs a complete overhaul of personnel. I’ve gone to get food at other establishments, and drove by and see some of the same cars still parked in the drive-thru.
12/31/23 Went inside to place an order. After 30 mins of being inside, I asked for a refund and left. Burger King and all FF type restaurants: You need to hire BETTER QUALITY EMPLOYEES and PAY THEM MORE MONEY!! I’m so sick and tired of having to rely on Chick-fil-A to get me in and out. I’ve got better things to do with my life than wait on fast food for 30 mins.
6/6/25 Ordered 2 frozen cokes. There was ONE vehicle in front of me at the window and they NEVER moved after 5 plus minutes. We left because no one wants to wait more than 10 minutes on these people to perform a simple task that should only take a matter of seconds. HOW IS THIS PLACE STILL IN BUSINESS?! Read moreOne day i go through the drive-thru on a 30 minute break and realized after 8 got back they gave me the wrong sandwich. I had to sit through the long drive-thru AGAIN to get the right 1. Then a few days later i ordered the awful taco's they have because they were cheap, ask for the sauce on the side. They gave it to me in a chicken nugget box with 2 whole napkins. The sauce leaked out of the paper box and through the paper bag into my car. It was just a mess with only 2 napkins to use. So ive had 2 bad experiences with this Burger King. I love Burger King normally though. Rest assured i will not be going back to this Burger King if they cant do ANY BETTER than this. It will not hurt there bonus that much to spare more than 2 napkins for 3 items. Schuster Enterprise better be glad i dont have time to call their main office on Macon Road and complain.
