Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Columbus

This new location is a complete flop. The parking lot/drive thru is beyond awkward. Anything bigger than a RAV4 has to drive up on curb after completing a 180° turn and avoiding being rear ended from the car exiting the road. We’ve been here 4 times since they opened. 100% focus is on drive thru and to-go orders. The dining doesn’t receive any attention and has been dirty every time we’ve come. Oh and Chikfila’s legendary speed and service? Non existent at this location. I waited 15 minutes for a milkshake. Finally walked up to the counter, told them I never got it and she turned and handed me a shake that was sitting on the counter. No apology, no my pleasure, nothing. I visited Chick-fil-A on Bradley Park and placed a mobile order. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely frustrating. The drive-thru had two lanes, but one lane kept moving while mine barely progressed. I had already received my food about 20 minutes earlier, but the entire line was held up because one order wasn’t ready.

There was no option to exit the line, so I ended up wasting my entire lunch break just sitting there—not even able to eat. If someone’s order isn’t ready, there should be a system in place to pull them forward into a parking spot so others aren’t delayed.

I love chick fil a and have been excited to try the new location. The service was okay, but I was disappointed with my order. I tried calling as well. My fries were hot, but I only got like five large waffle fries and some crumbs. The most disappointing part was the sandwich. I'm not a fan of large chunks of meat and they usually have the perfect size. This time I got what I can describe as a thickly sliced chicken breast. I was VERY disappointed.
