Burger King — Restaurant in Columbus

I'm currently eating at this location. I have come here after work for the past several days. Tonight I open up my sandwich. I notice something more tonight than in the past. Bacon double cheeseburgers it was the best presentation of your sandwiches I've seen from here. Your company would be proud. The beef patties were center on the buns, the cheese was played perfectly not over lapping the beef. The pickles were separated so each bit would have the taste. The onions were two separated to each bit. I asked for the name of the person who made the sandwiches because they needed to know it matters. 1-18-2022 @8:57pm ANTANEYA HUFF came to the front with a smile and with sincere honesty wanted to make the sandwich with pride and love. She is a great asset to this company. When I was a student I also put a lot of pride in my work but Noone recognized. Now, I own my own business a moving company. Not going to say it was my worst experience but I definitely wasn't happy. So I go inside and place my order because I couldn't thru the app. 3 folks ahead of me and Abt 4 behind. As I'm waiting on my food the people behind me has got their food and gone. Walk up to the counter and advise the girl that my number wasn't called. She was like I don't see it order on my screen. So I was like it's obvious u bump it off(I have years of experience working for burger king) she replied I did no such thing. So instead of her recalling my order on the bump bar she was like u got it receipt. So as I'm looking she finally recalls my order but she proceed to continue bagging another number that pop on screen. She bags it and hand it to me no napkins, no asking if I need any ketchup anything. So when I get home 2 mins my food is of course not hot I only had 2 sandwich. The the sandwich is not a mess see picture. The bun don't even cover the meat. I know this is not how burger suppose to treat their customers and I know that's not how they train their employee mayb she was overwhelmed but I...

I just left this horrible location. The ladies at the second window are rude and they look at you like you’re stupid when you tell them they gave you the wrong order. I order a double whopper with no onions and add cheese. I also order the meal medium. Mrs. Linda who was the cashier was extremely kind and sweet. The other ladies however...RUDE. I asked about my medium meal they said they charged a medium drink not the meal, yet I got a large drink with small fries. I drove home open my burger and yeap they messed up AGAIN I paid for a double whopper no onions add cheese. What do I get? I regularly whopper filled with onions and no cheese...
