KFC — Restaurant in Columbus

THIS IS THE WORST KFC IN HISTORY AND I REALLY THINK THEY KNOW IT!! THE STAFF NIGHT CREW IS THE WORST I'VE SEEN IN MY LIFETIME... SMH... I KNOW EVERYONE DESERVES A JOB... HOWEVER... FIND A JOB THAT WILL FIT YOU... IF YOU ARE AN ADULT AND ACT WORST THAN A CHILD, THEN LEAVE THE FAST FOOD GIGS TO THE KIDS AND FIND SOMETHING ELSE... I WENT TO THIS KFC LAST WEEK... ORDERED MY FOOD AND WAS TOLD THAT I HAD 20 MINS. WAIT ON CRISPY CHICKEN... WELL IT TOOK 12 MINS. THEY TOOK THE ORIGINAL CHICKEN AND REFRIED IT... I TOOK PICTURES AND CALLED THE MANAGER THE NEXT DAY... I GOT BACK TODAY TO GET MY FREE ORDER... THE CHICK WITH THE EXTRA WEAVE COMES TO THE WINDOW AND SAYS, "YOU GOT 20 MINS ON YOUR CHICKEN"... GIRL BYE... I KNOW WHAT Y'ALL DID TO ME THE LAST TIME AND I SUPPOSE TO FALL FOR IT THIS TIME... NOPE... NOT FALLING FOR THAT ONE AGAIN... I went to this place once before and the service and staff was good I got what I ordered. This time when I went yesterday no one acknowledged that I was in the lobby waiting to place an order even when they handed the order to the door Dash person and no one acknowledged that I was there. A few more minutes went by I was extremely frustrated finally place my order. I ordered the crispy chicken I didn't get crispy chicken green beans and mac and cheese with the side the mac and cheese was dry the manager didn't put the lid on the green beans securely so by the time I got home I had no green beans because everything fell through the bottom of the paper bag into the plastic bag. The manager act like she had a problem with me complaining that I was there for 10 minutes waiting to place an order and had to wait an additional 5 minutes to place the order because all they wanted to do was doordash. The good, the bad, and the ugly: Okay, let me start by saying that I do not frequently eat fast food, so take that in consideration when you read my review. The good- well, it was fast, which was needed because we had a lot of errands to do, and it was conveniently located, because we were in the area for our errands. The bad- again, I don't eat a lot of fast food, but I had Long John Silvers, while my family had KFC and I wish I hadn't. The fish and chicken was so greasy I had to press it with two different napkins to get some of the greasiness off. Yuck! The price was obviously good- cheap- and my daughter enjoyed her $5 FillUp box. My husband, however, did not like his BBQ chicken strips.
