Burger King — Restaurant in Columbus

So I really like the old crew. This time I went. I couldn't understand the woman taking the order. She got mad at me for asking her to repeat what she said..lady if you slowed down and actually pronounce the word you were saying I would be able to understand. Anyways I pulled around and paid for my food she mumbled something again. I couldn't even understand what she said and I asked my son if he understood it and he said no. So I pull up to the next window she comes out to the window yelling at me for pulling up to the window where I'm supposed to pick up my food. Made me back my car up all the way to the back window said I wasn't allowed to be at that window until my food was ready. So I backed up cuz I wasn't about to yell and fight with some Karen at the Burger King. And we pull back to the window and next thing I know she's out there shaking my food up at the next window wanted me to pull back up. This was a Burger King employee on a power trip is ridiculous I've never seen anything in my entire life. Needless to say I'll go to Panera bread for now on and pay more for better food and better service. People who act like that really put a bad taste in my mouth. I really like going there in the morning because the prior cruise that worked there before were always great wonderful people. This was absolutely uncalled for poor service. And somebody needs to say something to her about her behavior I don't even know what her name was and she was a white lady brown hair and chubby. And she was working with a really big guy there. But honestly they don't get a lot of business there and have an employees like that's ridiculous. We're all tired in the morning there's no reason to pull power trip and be a jerk...

This morning I pulled up to the drive thru that had al the lights on and the switching picture on the speaker so I assumed they were open as it was almost 8 AM and they opened at 6. The breakfast pictures were on the speaker but not the main menu. It was the lunch menu. I sat for 5 minutes and nobody ever greeted me. I pulled to the window that was completely open and nobody came. I sat for 10 minutes. Window open, no employees by me but I could hear them back. Whine the dryers. I decided to call just to clarify they was closed. I could hear the employees inside telling each other not to answer. I decided to go in but the door was locked and the 2 employees inside looked at me and then went to the back where I couldn't see. I called again and finally an employee answered after 3 more cars sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes or so. She told me they were closed due to broken fryers. I told her how I and other customers had sat there trying to figure out what was going on and that they should at least put a sign on the speaker or window if they couldn't be kind enough to inform waiting customers that they were closed and the lady told me it was against their policy to put signs up and hung up on me abruptly. I've never experienced as rude as behavior and poor customer service at any other restaurant. Only this one....

Went to take my granddaughter there to get some lunch on my lunch hour, I should've driven to the next bk this store was a house of horrors. First it was the fact that the drive thru worker was the most rude and sound like she was chewing a mouthful of food to the point you could not understand was she was saying she kept saying what do you want order your food as if it was an inconvenience to look at the menu before making a selection next thing she said was just pull forward I went to the 2nd window with the hope that someone else would be working the window but no it was the same rude woman no I couldn't see why I couldn't understand her she had a piercing in her mouth witch caused her to spit at you while she talked I was appalled not to mention her personal hygiene, and her hair was matted and unbrushed I ordered a whopper meal and a side of mozzarella fried and 2 sodas my food was cold my sandwich had old lettuce and barely any mayonnaise and my cold fries barely filled half of the box they were in !!! My advice would be never to go to this Burger King go across the street to Wendy's go to Tim Hortons. Go to Bob Evans across the freeway to roosters or McDonald's or even chipotle whatever you do don't come to this...
