WOW....never in my life have I experience such horrible customer service. Subway is running a half off footlong if you order two. My wife and I decided hey let's try one of the new sandwiches since we really don't eat there. And now I know why. The store employees would not take the coupon which is online. They stated they don't have a code and I needed to order online which was fine. So I sat down and tried to order but was having issues with the app so I called my wife to help and she completed the order after us trying multiple times over 20 minutes. I was cool and the order finally came. The made my sandwich but I had to wait for them to help 5 others that came in AFTER I did. I asked hey why am I waiting and the employee told me the time on my order was for another 10 minutes. Hey A$$ you saw my order, saw me sit down to follow your rules then help others in front of me instead of finishing my order which you where aware of. WOW... then when I said something the employee wanted to argue... NOT COOL .. I don't care what business you are in the customer is always right!! And really we are talking about food...just finish the order and move on to the next. Don't make people wait an extra 10 minutes because you want to be an A$$!! Never will I go here AGAIN NEVER!!!! Go to the other one on Hamilton .. yes it an extra five minutes but hell better service is worth it!!! @subwaycorp @subway...
   Read moreAbsolutely horrible Subway location. We love Subway, but this location was completely unprofessional and some of the worst service we have ever experienced. The manager and one of the male workers (young male) made offensive remarks about at least two groups of other customers while we were getting our sandwich made. They clearly didn't care if other customers heard their discourse because they were not whispering and we were right in front of them. They also realized they screwed up someone's order before us (the customer was on this way to walk out of the store) and in front of us, they said "Oh whatever," and let the customer walk out the door without fixing their order. It's sad the manager doesn't even try to set a good example for the Subway workers. There is a young female worker there however that has always been extremely kind, thorough, and polite every time we've gone there. Clearly she is a kind person on her own and learned nothing from this terrible manager...
   Read moreMy online order was horribly wrong. (For example I asked for more onions and more jalepenos, there was one jalapeno and a one inch piece of onion on the whole 12 inch sub. I called: the 1st person said manager would call back at 5pm. No call. I called back at 530 and the night team lead said the manager wasn't in and would take a message. I tried to describe the whole situation, they tried to act like I wasn't telling the truth, then said, "Well sometimes were have 10 people in line and mistakes are made." And I said, "No one was in the store, and even so, are you saying my order doesn't matter, that's crazy!" and they interrupted acting like I was being rude and hu. I called back two times and each time they hu..the last time saying that 5 orders just came in and they had to help make the orders, again putting others above me as a customer.
