Tim Hortons — Restaurant in Columbus

Very bad customer service. I went there this morning and the lady over the speaker did not say good morning, the only thing she said was what can I get you! I then said Good morning hru? Then started with my order ( which was a coffee with cream and sugar) and someone completely different said "one sugar one cream" I dont know if she was asking me or telling me.. I told her I want cream and sugar instead of ASKING how many cream and sugars she is just saying one cream one sugar.. She then yells and said what do you want in your coffee! I then just pulled off. The customer service there STINKS!! I decided to go back there today after a year of not going due to their customer service! They NEVER have to worry about me going there EVER again! Once again something is messed up or wrong or they're not able to do it at Tim hortons. It first started off on their board not being lit up and being completely frosted over and me having to attempt to memorize what was on their board in menu to figure out what I would like for breakfast this morning at 6:25 a.m. . Once taking almost about 10 minutes to figure it out because I had to jump online to look at their menu I then proceeded to order and then was told that they were out of drinks. This place has notoriously bad service. Today I was cut off mid order by an exasperated worker who gave me my total because they figured I was finished ordering when I had only ordered 3 items, and when I tried to apply coupons through the drive through I was not able to because “you have to give the coupons beforehand.” I clearly stated that I wanted to apply coupons in the drive through order area and was never given the chance at the window to apply these coupons.
