Smoothie King — Restaurant in Columbus

I went through the drive thru and ordered, and after saying my order all I got back was “okay.” I sat there for a moment to hear more and got nothing back so I drove up to the window. The lady asked me what my order was I told her again. When I got my smoothie, it was only filled about 3/4 the way. It tasted like bananas and ice. It tasted awful! I brought it in to get remade and she had to ask where to find the the smoothie in the system (which means she didn’t know how to make my smoothie in the first place and guessed). Not trying to be a jerk because she seemed busy. She was the only one taking orders and making the smoothies. Finally two more employees walked out which made me feel bad for the employee working by herself. My corrected smoothie was...

Way over priced. I ordered a large smoothie and realized that costs about $10. My girlfriend and I placed our orders and the total was already over $20 and we didn't even add anything additional. We still had 4 kids left to order before we decided to just leave... I mean come on, I can literally have a steak dinner for about 12-13 dollars at Texas Road House. Heck Applebee's can feed my whole family for roughly $50. This place is good, just way over priced in my opinion and as a result I can not give more than 2 stars for my review. My gosh...

Update May 17th 2021: I do mind that's why I made a review talking about your crazy prices. Taking the family out for smoothies to your location feels like a financial devastatment at Disney World....

Ordered a 20oz Protein Punch, got there a few minutes before pick up time. Walked in with a line touching the back walls. There was only one worker doing everything; line, drive thru and mobile orders. She appeared to be frustrated due to lack of help. A few people had walked out of line because of that. I had not eaten much today and wanted to treat myself to a filling smoothie, but did not expect to wait 15 extra minutes. Staffing is a big issue and no wonder why, this location only has a 3.0 rating… Maybe this review will bump it down to a 1.9 because, that’s really what it is.
