Burger King — Restaurant in Columbus

Went to burger King on airport thru way only one there and thought they were closed because it took so long to answer I then ask what time do you close he said two more hours.ask for whoper Jr meal to be hot off grill fries hot. hamburger nuke till bun was hard. The guy came to window long hair beard very unkempt very un professional got to house call back call back to tell them I couldn't eat hamburger he said come back he would replace it i said put my name on a list he said bring receipt couldn't find the receipt told him I would speak to Mr. Davenport he hung up on me ask for name all he would give was Dan.I run two companies if one of my employees talk to one of my clients I would want to know. On had a few minutes for lunch Saturday February 19th 2022. I work right down the street. I thought I get in and out because it was 8:15 pm when I visited. I ordered a whopper Jr. with bacon no onions extra pickles meal. Both drink machines in the lobby area were out. When my food came out the fries were hot, I some other way back to work. After I parked I partially unwrapped my whopper Jr. (It was lukewarm at best) and took a bite, I got a mouth full of ketchup, I unwrapped the rest of the burger and ketchup and mayonnaise was oozing out all sides. I call the number the phone just rung no one picked up. (There was 3 customers in dinning room and one at the counter, none in drive through when I left). The staff is almost always super friendly, so I don’t really have any qualms about service. I have however noticed that the food quality can be a hit or a miss any time I go. I normally only go to this restaurant location for breakfast, and sometimes the food is really good. Unfortunately, sometimes it’s really bad though. For example, yesterday I bought a cheese biscuit and hash browns. The hash browns tasted ok, but I threw away my biscuit. The biscuit was smashed into pieces and I literally had to peel the crumbles off of the paper wrapper. The cheese was over cooked and most of it was stuck to the wrapper as well.
