Generally have throuroughly enjoyed juice bar...but it can be hit or miss depending on who is working that day. Today, I ordered an acai bowl with added protein...and literally it is soup. I added additional Granola once I got home to try and mitigate the consistency of the acai, but it did not help. Not to mention the cost was $13 and some change which is very disheartening in wanting to support this business when receiving a sub-par product. This is the second time this has happened...😔 To add context to the feedback... The temperature outside wasn't a factor (unless you are refering to the temperature inside your establishment), I live 2 to 3 minutes away...I ordered that same thing a week or two ago and the consistency was fine once I got home. I love juice bar is the best! Their juices and smoothies are fresh, affordable, healthy, and addictive. The staff is warm, friendly, and helpful. They are knowledgeable about their products and offer free samples! In addition to juices and smoothies they also offer coffee, soup, vegan-friendly snacks and other healthy alternatives to the random junk food which plagues us. The establishment is clean and welcoming. I have nothing but good things to say about the staff, product, and establishment. I have been on an extended juice cleanse and have already lost 18 pounds without feeling hungry or deprived. I actually feel rejuvenated! The cleanse has really helped to reset my chemistry and helped to regulate my temperature, skin/complexion, and mood. I can only give my highest recommendation. Enjoy I love...

I been coming for years and the menu has switched out alot,I've gotten the Acai bowl several times,as well as the tangy pitaya smoothie and a host of other Juices/smoothies. This time I decided to order the Tangy pitaya bowl,and it's not the same flavor it once was.After tasting the apparent difference,I asked could I simply do an exchange for the Acai bowl and was told since I tasted it,I wouldn't be able to exchange it.This isn't the same flavor Tangy pitaya they've previously,otherwise it would have been perfect.since I was on my break,I simply didn't have time to go anywhere else and told that if I wanted something else ,i'd have to purchase another bowl due to policy.I ate the toppings,and chopped it up as a lost,but this definitely turned me off from...
