Chicken Salad Chick — Restaurant in Columbus

Absolutly HORRIBLE service!! Ordered a tray for 15 people a week in advance. Arrive at scheduled pick up time, they look at me like I'm crazy! They can't find the order, she goes in the back to find out from the prep staff. Comes out and says yes they have my order. I ask to pay so that I can leave as soon as my order is finished. Again, she can not find the order to ring me up. So now she is going to manually enter my order. I told her at least 5 times what was ordered. Each time she repeated back rhe wrong order. And tries to charge me $10 more than quoted price. Typically I am a very easy going person and give grace to retail, food service, etc. They do have a job where people typically are not the nicest. I get that and have compassion. However, by now I am at the end of my rope. Manager comes out, finds my order immediately, rings me up, hands me the correct order and I'm out the door. Beware if you use this company. I went through the drive through to purchase lunch. The total price was $51.50. They charged me this amount 5 times. I called the next morning and the manager asked me to come to the store at 10am when they opened to prove I was charged 5 times and then they would give me a refund. So I drive to the store and arrive at 10am. After proving that the charges were on my bank account. POSTED not PENDING. They advised it was my banks’ fault not theirs and that I needed to go to the bank to resolve it. I advised I was not leaving until I received a refund. They then advised me to call my bank in front of them to show me it was the banks fault. The bank confirmed that Chicken Salad Chick charged me 5 times. Consistently as delicious, fast, and friendly as every other Chicken Salad Chick I've ever been to. Always a great option for a lunch while you're out running errands...or for a lighter dinner, as this location is open until 8:00 pm, I was excited to discover! Some favorites I would recommend include Olivia's Old South, Buffalo Barclay, and Sassy Scotty, plus you've gotta get the Broccoli Salad or Grape Salad - both traditional and delicious!
