Arrived 544p
Parking lot was filled, a good sign but it doesn’t appear big enough to support a busy night, overflow parking area behind the building at another business.
Walking in, the area is small and you need to be seated by a hostess. You don’t know this, unless you ask.
The seating area is cramped and will cause a congestion on a busy night.
The decor is a couple pictures of Columbus, pizza art, a poster of James Dean and a large chalk board wall used to announce beers on tap and funny sayings.
Seated 552p
5:57p 1st Server visited the table who was seated after us.
6pm We asked the lady who sat us if we could order she said oh I forgot I’ll be back.
She came back, asked if anyone has gotten our drinks, we said no, then walked away giggling.
6:02p A second table who was sat after us was also by a server.
6:03p The a third table visited by a server
Finally the waitress visited us at 6:05p
The drink order was first, I asked for a Mexican bottle of coke (page 2 of menu) and was told we don’t have bottles but have cans. I ask how much is the cans, she refers to the menu, but cans aren’t listed. She leaves to check the price on cans. She returns and says cans aren’t for dine in, but delivery only. So no drink for me (water)
Drinks delivered at 6:12p - the drinks (Diet and Sprite) arrive but taste like the syrup is over powering or carbonation is out.
The diet, taste like sprite. She came back and took the drinks. When she returned they are still terrible tasting. Pop cost $2.25 but we’re sending them back. (Water for everyone)
Looking over the menu (which is banded in a school folder) the Pizza range in size from a small 6”, medium 12” to an extra large 16” which is actually a large.
We ordered an xtra large ham with breadsticks and cheese bread.
The place is packed with people waiting to be seated. A good sign with the grand opening.
Watching from the lobby you can see into the kitchen and it looks like unorganized madness!
WiFi internet is not provided but may be later.
Everyone who arrived after us have their food!
Appetizers arrived at 6:35p however the waitress said she is not charging for the breadsticks for the wait. That’s nice.
6:40p - The pizza arrived, but wait, it wasn’t ours it belonged to the other table.
Appetizer one: French bread five cheese. The crust is amazing, it would be nice if it were hot but it was almost warm.
Breadsticks are good, thin, but good!! Better than good! The pizza sauce dip is watery and cold.
The buttery or topping was excessive leaving puddles in the bottom of the basket.
7pm we’re still waiting on food. The area tables are being cleaned with a strong agent you can taste.
We were told now both appetizers are free! Food arrives at 7:04p
The pizza is limp but the taste is acquired, but after you eat it the sweetness goes with the crust. The crust is the best ingredient they have.
The table beside us who had been here as long said they wouldn’t be back. Breadsticks are only favorite for them.
We won’t be back. Hopefully they work the issues out the server was great but very busy.

Read moreAnother update...Pre-ordered a pizza (which I was told was best to do by the manager to insure correct delivery time)to be delivered at 5:45. It got delivered at 5:10. The delivery driver told me she could bring the pizza back later if I liked...Called the manager and was advised I could put the pizza in the oven until everyone arrived home to eat it. How about you deliver the pizza when you said you would!
UPDATE...I decided to try Greeks again last night and the pizza was back to being the best. Thanks for getting your quality back on track!
This was the best pizza in Columbus. The last three orders have had almost no sauce. Air bubbles that blew all the toppings off,and a crust that extended 4 inches from the edge of the pizza. I tried to order again two times recently to give them another try and was told 85 minutes for delivery at 8:30 pm on a Saturday. Unfortunately had to go with a chain to get a pizza at a reasonable...
Read moreFor years Thursday night has been our family’s Greeks pizza night. Unfortunately, the management is in such an embarrassingly petty fight with surrounding businesses over parking that we will not patronage Greek’s again. At 10 AM on a weekday I parked in Greek‘s empty parking lot to meet a friend at the café next door. Rachel called a tow truck to pick up my vehicle from their completely empty parking lot because, as she said, they “pay to have their own parking lot and spaces whether they are closed or open”.
Management’s rigid response shows a tactless lack of community-mindedness toward surrounding businesses and residents. We will be changing our Thursday night family dinner tradition to support a local establishment that is less concerned about having one car parked in their lot from 10-11 AM and more focused on the bigger picture of collaborating with surrounding businesses...
