I Placed an ordered online on October 28th from this location and they never delivered My order. I ended up ordering from happy pizza that night And planned on calling the next day for a refund or to see if I could still get my order. I unfortunately had to endure multiple unfortunate events that morning and I forgot to consult with a manager about my order. A few days later, I finally remembered to call Them and the manager was very rude and disrespectful. He asked me why I had waited all this time to inquire about the order I placed and went on to tell me that if it was him he wouldn’t have waited that long. I explained to him that I had some things going on that caused me to forget about it. He goes on to continue to ask me why I waited this long instead of using his customer service skills to assist me with this issue. He then threatened to hang up the phone so I asked for the number to corporate because at this point I don’t want to argue with someone who has clearly had a bad day and very unprofessional . Instead of giving me the number to Corporate, he goes on to continue to ask why I waited so long. I understand his frustration but the way he handled the situation was very unprofessional and rude. SO NOW DOMINO’S, BECAUSE OF YOUR INABILITY TO HIRE PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, I , A LOYAL CUSTOMER IS OUT OF A MEAL AND THE MONEY THAT WAS SPENT ON THE MEAL. I still have not been compensated with either a meal or my money. I hope everyone who orders Dominos on a regular basis like I do, read this review because you should know your business is not wanted nor respected... at least at this location. This manager clearly displays lack of customer service experience because I’m sure that he could of looked up my order and seen that my order was not delivered. Read moreI ordered on Monday 2/4/24 via the app. At 7:23 the app stated about a 25 minute wait. Cool. Checking the "tracker" after 20 minutes or so, it still said employee was making the $30 order (3 easy pizzas). I figured there must be an app issue, or my phone wasn't updating correctly. I showed up @ 8:00 and when I walked in, nobody was manning the make line.
A guy with multi-colored hair walked out a minute or so later and said he had to "deal with an issue" and it wouldn't be much longer. Again, I understand. It happens.
He was the ONLY one making pizza, although I saw at least 3 other employees just kind of standing around (or disappearing in the back).
What happened to cross training? Why have employees on the clock if all they can do is cut pies? Or, drivers that ONLY deliver? Plus, when I finally got my food (at around 8:40pm), when i was asked by the pizza cutter guy if I was paying cash or card, the pizza maker (multi color hair dude) had to stop what he was doing to ring out a cash sale.
Sorry, but it might be a while before I return. On the plus side, the people were nice, but totally disorganized. The pizza was ok, but was definitely NOT up to standard Domino's.

Read moreThis is by far the worst Dominos that I have ever had to deal with, I recently order a pizza from them the was not fully cooked. Called and advised them of situation and the offered a credit which was cool. I called back a week later to redeem my credit (snow day) and was left on hold for 20 mins, employee never came back so I hung up called back he stated that they were under staffed and he apologize cool. I advised him that I was calling to redeem my credit he started to ask another working about the credit and advised me that he have to place me on another hold and promised me that he want leave me on hold long well that was a lie left me on hold for another 15 mins. A pizza delivery worker come back on the line and I asked for cooperates number to file a complaint and he stated he didnt have one, asked to speak with manger placed me back on hold WOW.. end up finding cooperates number on google who told me that they were a franchise which I figure!! This location has No training or value for the Domino’s name let alone their customer I filed my complaint and that all I wanted to do.. Do better please.
