Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Columbus

Service was the worst I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. They were rude even taking my order and very pushy to hurry. The car in front of me drove off because of the same issues. Gave us wrong items which were spicy sandwich, nothing had pickles or mayo like they’re supposed too. Forgot our large fry, which we had to ask for and ask for a fork to eat our Mac n cheese which we got sighed at for. Asked for blackened ranch got same treatment. Supposed to had large drink and got regular. At that point we were too upset to ask to get it. Which we asked for Coke Zero anyhow and at the order box was fine because we were rushed but when getting to pickup the girl said well I don’t have that so what do you want? One employee standing by food prep stuffing food in their mouth while we waited. When we asked about our large fry boy yelled I put it in their bag at us. I said no you didn’t and showed them my bag she just handed me. Then after we left and drove 10 minutes away my girlfriend’s sandwich she bit into was chewy like rubber and looked like it wasn’t even all the way cooked. So tossed that and hope she doesn’t get sick. Mine was supposed to be regular and ended up being spicy. All around worst experience ever. We actually drove to this one because it had better reviews than others and we had a bad experience at a different one before and never complained and didn’t want to experience it again. Let me start out by saying, I specifically went to this Popeyes because the reviews were better than the one closer to my house. I go through the drive thru and place my order (it’s a big one for the family). Upon paying I was told to pull forward to wait for my family meal. Before I pulled over, I asked the cashier if I could have some Ranch and honey condiments. After waiting for about 35 minutes the manager comes out with my food, passes me up and tries to give my food to the other car pulled up in front of me after she wouldn’t let me tell her that the family meal was mine. When she finally handed me my food, I asked her if the ranch and honey was in the bag, and she specifically said “Yes it is”. I should’ve checked the bag, but after sitting there for over 30 minutes I just expected everything to be accurate. I ordered mac and cheese, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes. When I got home I had three sides of mashed potatoes and no ranch or honey. I drive the 10 minutes back to Popeyes and the cashier said that they were out of mac and cheese and coleslaw. I said “is that why I got 3 sides of mashed potatoes??” She said “yeah, probably”. So not only was I not told that they were out of sides, they sneakily just replaced them with mashed potatoes without telling me, the manager lied to me when she said she put the condiments in the bag as well. Spent $45, waited 30+ minutes, received three sides of damn mashed...

The worker with her name on her necklace didn’t take my order right. She got mad after I ordered my food she made my chicken sandwich then told me it’s a 6 minute wait for mild chicken. I asked if she can remake my chicken sandwich when the mild chicken is ready so my chicken sandwich will be hot she made a face. Then when I noticed on my receipt that she missed the other chicken sandwich I asked for I ordered another one. The two men workers who were cooking the food did an awesome job one came around to make my two piece chicken. The lady had a problem asking me what was I waiting for I told her the guy said it’s a wait on my other chicken sandwich her and another female worker looked at each other and mumbled and made an ugly face. She asked everyone who food she bagged up inside if they wanted hot sauce and honey but didn’t ask me nor did she give me any napkins.
