Rainbow Shops — Local services in Whitehall

I wouldn’t spend my money here if I was anyone else. They just a lost a PAYING customer. I returned some items today(with receipt and tags still attached); some being too big, some being too small, and apparently it was a problem. The employees was saying rude things amongst each other about me returning the items, then accused of me returning items with “stains” on it. And the only way it can be a stain is if it’s worn & it’s not! She even mentioned how one thing had deodorant on it, well I’m sorry I had on deodorant when trying on the shirt, the shirt didn’t fit so I returned it… but does that mean it’s been worn Because it’s been tried on? What adult don’t know deodorant can be left on a shirt after being put on? It’s like nobody is realistic or making sense here. Bird brains…. I’m returning items stil with the tag and hangers on it, not to mention most retail stores place their tags where it can’t be hidden. So that’s another reason why I’m confused on why anybody would assume it’s worn or stains on it and everything still have tags, .it’s just unnecessary to treat a paying customer like that or be unprofessional talking to each other about me; AS IM STANDING THERE, definitely when all people do is come & STEAL out of this store; I seen it with my own eyes. So to have actually paying customers and to be rude, disrespectful and unwelcoming is weird , my only problem is I just had an argument and debate about something I PAID for and only tried on, shouldn’t be an argument or issue for a return definitely when the dressing room is closed, open your dressing room up so people can try on things and don’t have to bring them back if it doesn’t fit. And I think it’s crazy to even a process a refund if you feel like it’s worn or stains, come on now. People just need to grow up and learn how to treat customers. This was the most clowned out thing I ever seen in any retail store & everything on the receipt wasn’t returned, I only returned what didn’t fit & that should’ve been obvious, why would I only return select items just to get money back but keep the rest? No, this was just a honest return of items that didn’t fit properly, and I followed the policy with the receipt and tag, so today was just super unnecessary for no reason . Please learn how to be professional and at least makes sense if you are going to be rude and disrespectful to...

Five stars for junior variety here and the lady who helped me. I wish I could remember her name. Older lady with two tone hair.Ginger? The juniors selection is def better than that of the cleveland ave store but management is lacking. Not sure if the girl who rang me up was the manager but I stood there for bit waiting for her to slowly ring up her friend whom she was telling a long story to. Something about a nail place she had been to recently. I , besides her friend was the only one in line. She actually walked away a minute after I was in line to go into the back room, come out a few minutes later, ring her friend (slowly) and contiue their convo. She also took a personal call while ringing me up. The selection at this store is good and I spent an hour looking throuhg everything. Bought a few outfits. Even though the selection is good, it's the closest one to me, and the one lady was a big help. I'll venture to one of the other stores next time. I wasn't in a hurry but personal stuff should be done on personal time, and not at the expense of your custumers time. I was happy to find Rainbow Shops, trendy cheap clothes. Visited both Cleveland ave and this one today. It's to bad the girl running this store (well while I was there), wasn't as good as the cleveland ave store. horrible customer service! you walk in they don’t greet you actually quite the opposite it seems they’re angry you’re even here rude mean expressions on their face! they complain the entire time while you’re in their about their jobs so maybe thats why they’re so angry looking you can tell they dont like their job at all! very rude vibes dont shop here need people who enjoy customer services jobs just hire anyone who have no people skills...
