Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

I absolutely adore Domino's Pizza. The staff has always been friendly and kind as I always come in and pick it up as opposed to having it delivered I like to save money. Down at Ohio State University campus I deal with a lot of young people and I must say for as young as these workers are they are always very polite courteous conscientious and fun along with being efficient workers the atmosphere is cool because one of their walls is a chalkboard wall and there's always something neat drawn on there lots of different pictures it looks like a lot of different people draw on it and it's fun to look at the food is fabulous I've never had bad food come out of there never had cold food the only thing I do not like about Domino's and this is nothing to do with the store in general it's when I call to make the order I usually end up getting sent to a call service place and it is painful and I mean god-awful painful to place an order because a lot of the people that work there is polite and efficient as they are English is not their first language and so it can get very frustrating placing a simple order I recommend this joint I recommend the food it's very good food for very good price their parmesan breadsticks are my all-time favorite at the moment however their jalapeno bacon bread is on point two thanks...

On June 6 I ordered a Philly steak cheese pizza. I was told that it would be 30 minutes before my pizza would arrive well an hour went by and couple more minutes. My pizza came and it wasn’t even what I ordered. They give me a totally different pizza. I called back into the store to make them aware of what took in place. I was told that they would leave a credit on my account because they could not refund my money .well, I call Lynn June 21 evening and proceeded to speak with the manager Karina. She tells me that she can’t give me my full services because the previous person who took my order leave the information that was talked about on my account so I asked how could we go back and find out who took my order so that we can get what I am deserving nothing happened. Nothing got solved. I’m extremely disappointed. I paid for pizza that I did not get. No one wants to help me. We ordered from the first time from North High location and we typically order from the Lockbourne Road location well we will never go outside of Lockbourne Road location again because we were closest to the North Road location and we ordered two pizzas a mac and cheese and cinnamon twists and they slaughtered the pizzas I asked for them to be well done square cut and they probably cut it and then turned around and tried to go over it and square cut it and it was literally a million and one little tiny pieces I tried to call and let the supervisor know they yelled at me screamed at me cursed at me and told me they were looking at the order as they were speaking to me and said that it did not say that it was square cut well I have the order still in my app right now to this day and it stated his first cut and well done instead of making it right I even offered to bring the pizza back I get treated like some type of dirty person wanting a free hand out.
