Pure Green - Juice Bar High Street — Restaurant in Columbus

I tried this place a few times now and I’ve been pretty disappointed each time. The acai in the bowls is just not great; I’m from California so my expectations weren’t terribly high for Columbus, but considering you can get good acai from playa bowls just up high street, I wouldn’t recommend this place over them. The smoothies are pretty subpar, nothing to write home about unfortunately. And the bread for the toast quite literally comes from the smallest loaf of bread ever to exist and just really not worth the price. I really wanted to like this place because of how close it is to me, but I just can’t say that I’m impressed by any of the things they have to offer. I did like their pressed juices, but that’s about the only thing I could recommend here.

The staff is very friendly but it takes a while to get your order out and the dining room is clean and a good place to get work done or hang out with friends, but again there’s 2 other places that are within walking distance where I feel the quality of the food is much better for what you’re paying. So you pay more for the acai bowl then an oatmeal bowl but the acai bowl is 50% less than the oatmeal bowl, really! It's like soup. Plus I asked for no coconut and substitute for walnuts but received a lot of coconut. I asked for strawberries, blueberries, mango, pineapple to be on my oatmeal but I only received few blueberries, strawberries and bananas plus it's a mess. honestly not a fan. I feel really bad because the employees were quite nice, but 11.25 (without tax) and then 12.07 with tax for a smoothie is INSANE. the smoothie was not great either, i got the pink dragon and all i can taste is one flavor that i can’t even tell what it was. we also got the açaí bowl and it was pretty mid at best. somehow we spent 27 dollars for two items!!! i wouldn’t even come back here if the smoothies were 7-8 dollars because of how poorly mine tasted, consistency was pretty...
