5682 West Broad Street Columbus, OH 43228 Did an online store pick up car side order. 1st nitpick: The pick up timer was stopped at 0:36. Then almost another 2 minutes later the order actually came out. 2nd: Order was not correct. Got an extravaganza pizza and wanted the olives replaced with banana peppers. Not done. 3rd: Brownie cookie was way over done. Only 3/4 of a center square piece was soft. The rest you could knock on a door. And yes I knockied on the counter with to demonstrate this to my wife. 4th: Upon calling the store I was informed I was mistaken about the change of olives but that my sauce change did show. Hmmm interesting eh. I despise olives so I have no doubt in my mind I changed it on the order. He offered to bring another pizza out..HOWEVER....I'm already home. I am NOT coming back out in the heat for another trip to retrieve a replacement. As I was already done with Dominos anyway. This order was simply an order to burn up a free pizza, which was made correctly. 5th: Which bring us to here. Tripping back to a business who has now added an extra $1 PER ITEM for delivery and RAISED the delivery to $5 aint happening. If you order 3 item, as I did, that's $8 for delivery! PLUS TIP! Lets say the tip is $3. You're now in 11 for delivery. I live 1.4 miles from the store. That's just under $8 PER MILE for delivery. I'm an owner op of a semi and I don't make $8 per mile and I have more costs and overhead. Maybe us semi drivers should be charging $15-20 per mile. Read moreI had a bad experience with this place because of the manager. I placed an order for delivery, and it was sent to the wrong adress, after waiting for an hour or 2 I called again only to be told they didn't have an order under my address. I checked my account and found out I was already charged. I spoke to the manager about the charges who instead of apologizing yelled at me several times and told me to get my refund from my bank because there was no order under my address. I was furious and had to drive to the store to speak to her directly.I patiently waited my turn and narrated my ordeal again. The manager then found out the pizza was delivered to a wrong address. She did not once apologize for the inconvenience nor did she acknowledge that they had messed up my order. She only told me, she will redo my order. I literally had to ask for compensation to which she asked one of the staff to give me a sprite. I was appalled by her unfeeling, unapologetic attitude . For me an apology would have sufficed but clearly this manager does not have any customer service skills nor is she qualified to be with people! She made me and my whole family and friends dislike Dominos. I had to write this review because I feel this manager needs an attitude and even a racism check.This manager needs training on good customer service.😑 I'm surprised they are still keeping her after all her bad reviews! Read moreSo I usually have a great experience, but this one bad experience was bad enough for me to not put my trust in this company. So I ordered my usual with nothing evolving tomatoes. ( my 1yro is severely allergic to tomatoes) The only exception was marinara sauce cup which come automatically with the cheese bread. Well first I double checked it my pizza said pineapple, ham, cheese, bbq. So the driver seemed agitated and my pizza came with tomato sauce and bbq on top. So I double checked the side of the box nothing with tomato on it. Then the angry mom in me called the store asked for manager. Well all I wanted was an apology which I was instead repeatedly offered a free pizza next time and was told that their ticket showed tomato sauce. I declined the insincere approach of the free pizza as there will not be a next time. Then i went on the app to "recreate" my order well the app will only let you click on one sauce at a time and instantly pops up no robust tomato sauce when you click on bbq. So I didn't get any actual apology and either the app or the computer system is flawed. But now I cannot trust this store and company with the safety that I need to order any longer. Yeah I know that the loss of my business may not matter but those with tomato allergy need to know of this flaw...
