Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Columbus

I work from home and when I get busy with my work it is easier for me to have lunch delivered instead of wasting time driving to pick something up!!! When the delivery guy dropped off my order he stated he forgot his money bag and handed me $5 out of the $8 he owed me for change stating, "Will this work?". I told him I wanted all my change back! He stated he would go back to the store and get the money. After waiting 15 mins, when I live 2 mins away, he still had not returned my change. I called the store telling them that I wanted my change back and the guy on the phone stated, "We're busy now, you're going to have to wait." I explained his delivery boys is the one who did not bring enough money to give me change and bringing back my money should be a priority before doing other deliveries, that I live 2 mins away it should not be such an inconvenience!" The guy had the nerve to tell me that it goes two ways, if I live 2 mins away I should come get my change or have ordered carry out!" There was a reason why I ordered delivery!! Next time I'll just call Jimmy John's; it doesn't take an hour to get my order, they always have the rights change, and they do not argue with the customer if...

Placing a order via phone call was hectic and difficult I was aksed to give my payment details over the phone even though it was for pickup after giving my payment details and being charged i was then notified they were out of the size of crust I wanted so I had to change my order and was asked for payment details yet again over the phone...I stated I would pay the diffrence upon picking picking up my order I arrive and go in to pick up my order and pay the difference. I was then told they do not have the sauce for dipping I want and I am also told they do not have Parmesan cheese.... at this point i just wanna leave and allready regret ordering at this location/domino's I find a place to park to eat and check the order i ordered the loaded tater tots the cheesy ones and they tasted off there was a mushy white paste kind of cheese that was disturbing the pizza was ok but the top was missing alot of cheese it was mostly just breading im not sure if this is the normal experience as this was the first time I ate at domino's and this specific location but I do not recommend it, and will not be...

Very Very Disappointed, First time to order at Columbus Location and will not again. Ordered Online, Pizza said 30 min to deliver..over 50 min past I called...The pizza hadn't even left the place. no phone call no nothing...I said i want a refund. She said she wanted to do a discount refund. I said lady listen Im hungry and my lunch break is up you've burnt thru that already also. The least you could of done is still delivered it free of charge but now you want to DISCOUNT...NO not acceptable...She told me finally after arguing 10 min she would credit it and hung up on me! WTF who does that?! This place is a complete joke as far as customer service. I think it was Jennifer the Manager. She said she couldn't call because she was busy making pizzas...REALLY?
