I've had multiple orders be delivered with incorrect food, in combination with extreme wait times (well over 20 minutes this past time) and ineffective counter employees not informing me until after I've paid that x item is not in stock. A GM named Terry told me he would credit me for one of the orders, that never happened.
Update June 2023: Nothing has changed. I avoid this location if I can help it, but every now and then, it's the best or only option on my work route. This time, the employee handed me my drinks from my mobile order and verbally tried to send me on my way. When I had to ask her about my sandwich, the grill was down for maintenance. All good, it happens. I promptly (before leaving the lot) submitted a report via the app, as it was a mobile order, and I have now received the same "give us two business days to respond" copy and paste email twice, in the same thread over the course of a week waiting for a refund or contact from a real person. Terry never figured it out last time and this time doesn't look much better. This is now two refunds I have been run around for, which is starting to bring to mind words like "thieves." Been reading through the other reviews and many complain of similar problems. Are these poor customer relations the fault of the franchise or Dunkin corporate...
Read moreNO Donuts and it's 4:54pm...and was told that there will be no more made today. Was told that they don't even make them fresh here. They come in on a truck. Also, the staff were on their personal phone texting and not worrying that there were no napkins and that all the floors were dirty.. I used to be a true at heart DD customer for Our Manchester Expwy location. Where it was Fresh coffee, Fresh made Donuts and Friendly staff. It was a great place. But the new locations here are a Joke. The corporation is trying to hard to fix a company that wasn't broken. You don't need to a the badly made breakfast sandwiches and wide variety of coffee and Baskin Robbins ice cream. It's just Sad😔
UPDATE: DD has changed its look and style, and it's now more of a Retro Coffee Bar Style....I know it's just my option, but it's awful. Just came out of the one mon Macon Rd. Hardly any Donuts and the air was not working, and the fan they had was at a table that all the employees were sitting at until a customer came in. If today was not her day to be pleasant, she should not have been in the building in my opinion…as her attitude was very dismissive and not customer friendly. There was no greeting, smile, or anything while taking my payment or handing me my drink. I don’t know what was being discussed inside (or in her head), but that had nothing to do with me as a customer. If I was a secret shopper or district/regional manager unbeknownst to her, the feedback would be as such in this review or she’d be advise to exit left and do not call us, we’ll call you type of speech would’ve taken place.
